Can an 888 rep make any comment on all the random accounts saying they have balances/accounts/withdrawals locked for long periods without explanation?

I'm asking genuinely, don't know any of these people at all.

But I am returning back home to Malta from 2 years being mostly in Asia and trying to figure out which sites are alright to play on nowadays and these types of posts are concerning. I'm probably not the only person glancing at these threads to see recent comments by people.

Is there any realistic reason for this anyone other than a site rep can give me, since I'm assuming they aren't going to be completely honest or open about it, that this is happening? Is 888 a safe place to play without this being likely to happen for someone just playing MTTs ? Also I spend 2 months or so a year in UAE so would be nice to have 888 as an option when I'm there since it's allowed, but I really prefer not to deal with dodgy sites.

Sometimes I can connect sometimes I cannot. Sometimes I'll play halfway then the connection drop. I checked the connection and it says it's from 888's server side where the connection is dropping. You can send this to the Tech side.

Sorry, I never saw this response until now, but thanks for the reply.

Definitely play honestly. But I found it worrying when I glanced through all the sites allowed in Malta's threads (if there is one) and this was the only one with lots of recent posts with several users saying acct was locked without updates or responses for weeks/months. I didn't see that on other sites, so maybe a periodical post from support in the thread so that people glancing at recent posts don't see a bunch of that like I did. I'm sure I wasn't the only potential reg to see that and be worried. Anyways, thanks for the response and when I get completely setup at home and start grinding I'll very likely add in 888 games daily.

When will get an access to my founds and games ?


The money came, but the question? Why is my account blocked? Why is the support service not responding? When will they unblock? What is happening? Many forums write about blocking without reason, maybe 888 has come to an end? Or if 888 does not want to give money won in freerolls or satellites, then remove them from the lobby, why are you blocking players? This is not a complaint to the representative of the room, this is just thoughts.

I never get a clear response especially when you had no email support, sometimes i just get a response that the matter is moved to relevant department, then never hear from them, not even a no. I have few issues. I already adressed some of them but haven't received any answer by now.

1) Like momentum228 I haven't received any early bird rakeback for the week 31.03. - 06.04. I contacted support on 09.04.2025 and my query was forwarded with following id: 4b9c5599-afc0-442a-bd41-82b1ba03dc69. By now I haven't received any answer.

2) Also on 09.04.2025 I asked, why I am not receiving monthly rakeback for MTT players (Rake Back Promotion TS 69400) and if I can become eligble to it. This question was also forwarded and I also haven't received any answer.

3) I completed the Galaxy - Big Shot 22 Ticket and Galaxy - Big Shot 11 Ticket challenges. For the latter I received a $11 Ticket like advertised. But for the first challenge I received a ticket without any value nor avialable tournaments. Please grant me a $22 Ticket instead:
