Not everything is about you.

I would definitely bet that he resigned.

And he posts, as MrWookie, on a politics site that has been mentioned a bunch of times on 2p2.

I doubt that any Politics mod has ever been demodded. It's too hard to find replacements.

There is nothing that I wrote above that was about me.

I bet the Covid 19 got him. It doesn't look like there was any goodbye posts. Just one last post in Dec of 23 and then silence. The guy had 90k posts. He didn't just one day decide to quit.

by Rococo m

I was wondering the same thing.

Not that you're suggesting I was, but I wasn't saying that to throw shade at Wookie. I think most of the people who would be counted as Wookie's buddies are gone from 2p2 politics, Trolly being the most notable exception.

You want to bet that he died from COVID? How much?

And, dumbo,

When you said this: "They may have stripped it after he wrongfully banned me. " It wasn't about you?

Legend has it that Mason demodded all the mods years ago and burned down the Old Forum and started afresh.

I didn't think you were saying anything one way or the other about Wookie. Nor was I. I obviously saw his posts back in the day and remember him. But I didn't know him. And I don't know anyone else here who knew him either. Maybe you are correct that Trolly did. I don't know Trolly either so I wouldn't know.

They may have stripped it after he wrongfully banned me.

This is almost as delusional as Craig

If he wasn't demoded then it seems pretty likely he passed away. Would it make sense for a guy to just stop posting after almost 20 years and 90k posts and not say goodbye?

May he rest in peace!

I'm not suggesting that they know each other off the forums, but I'm sure they are friendly on the forums and have been for a long time... continuing outside of 2p2.

Management just got mad and shut down the entire subforum. That's what led to the exodus to UP. I don't think that decision was about a specific mod. Maybe I'm wrong.

You are correct. I forgot I wrote that.

When the politics subforum was shut down, dozens of people (probably more than 100) left 2+2 and never returned. Many had posted on 2+2 for more than a decade.

Yeah. Idk if closing the subforum automatically demodded the mods.

Wookie's last post on UP was 6hrs ago. If he's dead, it's quite a recent development.

So you think he may still be alive? I was gonna ask that we all take ten minutes of silence.

Rococo's last post on UP was 15 months ago.

Roc,

You left without saying goodbye.

Roc,

You left without saying goodbye.

I think that I have a total of 3 or 4 posts in total on UP. Wasting time on one politics forum is enough for me.

Is that his last post ever on UP?

And yet you covered politics, sports, and entertainment!

I hope not.

Wookie was sill mof of another subforum. Maybe The lounge or something

Yep. I just checked. Five posts in total. One about TV, one about sports, and three about politics.

In the Garden of Eden, the serpent represents masculinity. Initially, both Adam and Eve cast out the serpent, but it can’t be completely expelled.Eventually, the wise person lowers himself in humiliation and identifies with the serpent. As the masculine, you think you’re supposed to progress the story by engaging Adam, but this is where the mystery reveals itself. It’s actually

No idea whats going on itt thread or this post but men are awesome! So are women, white people, and people born between 1946 and 64. Id be interested in hearing the rationale on why the boomer hate made sense, or why it wasnt at least deemed a poor strategy, poltically, to just hate a random group of people of a certain age. But the last five years has definitely brought some people and their ideas out of the woodwork.

He was demodded from politics. He was still an orange status mod though. Then the politics was moderated solely by "well named" who burnt himself out to say the least. As you could imagine "well named" wasn't a big fan of mine. I used to send him obnoxious post reports to just highlight his bad (biased) moderation. Wookie who was no longer a politics mod was apparently reading those reports and out of nowhere he posted in one of the threads a conspiracy theory that i was cyber stalking people. The actual mod "well named" had to cool everyones tits and let everyone know in his own polite way that wookie is a totally deranged clown

anyways after that happened wookie was still a orange mod for a while
