'Gender' no longer means anything, really. Some people seem to use it to mean personality or personal style. But sex in humans is binary. Every human ever born has had two parents, one of each sex, the large-gamete sex and the small-gamete sex. That's a binary proposition.

Only male and female exist. There is no third sex and no human has three natural parents. Lifestyle options and social presentation aren't biology. New Zealanders sometimes claim that the Maori recognise a third sex, the fa'afine, but those are just homosexual men, or insufficiently gender-conforming men, who are (forced to be) treated as honorary women. Western woke gender ideology tends to function in the same reactionary way -- 'If you're non-conforming you must be transed.'

Of course it exists. It's simply an umbrella term for people born with conditions in their chromosomes, hormones, or genitals (etc.) that don't fit the standard male/female patterns. The existence of those cases in not a matter of debate.

Gametes. We have small and large gametes. Sperm and egg. Men produce sperm and women produce eggs. That's it. Two sexes. There's no 3rd option. It really is that simple. But what about intersex? They also are either male or female. Large or small gametes. Different chromosomes but your sex is based on gametes.
