According to Wikipedia, his daughter was on an extreme version of the carnivore diet called the "lion diet," in which you consume only beef, salt, and water. JP eventually went on the same diet.

If you find yourself on a diet that makes Playbig's diet look reasonable, you clearly have lost the plot.
Some people aren't conscious of it, which is often a problem because they can't reason with themselves. Though of course you can reason with yourself and still end up doing stupid stuff.
A major project of mine will be to educate young people on how to become aware of the inner voice.
If you can’t relate to it with some independence, then you are simply a puppet to whoever controls it.

Almost a cliche of an example is being stuck on some problem, an idea on how to make progress suddenly pops into your head seemingly out of nowhere. That''s because your unconcious mind is still processing it (or thinkign about it some might say) even when you think you're not thinking about it. Language via the inner voice can be how it manifests into your conciousness - certainly is with me but maybe there are other ways.

Yes, the Son of Man is the source of judgment and wisdom through your conscience.
Whatever you identify with you become (ie: their voice becomes your voice). This is Christianity 101 as taught by Christ.
