In my opinion, Luciom shouldn't be lumped in with JV and mongidic. At least Luciom (whom I often agree with tbh) typically engages in good faith, unlike JV and mongidic who are essentially shock jocks.

I should have been more clear. Markers of attractiveness significantly overlap markers of health. She's been on the diet for 5 to 10 years. She claims her bloodwork looks great and her symptoms have cleared up to the point she no longer takes antidepressants
If you're not going to take her word for it you can lookat her and her 2 healthy kids and conclude it's hard to be a good looking mother of 2 when you've been on a diet that's killing you for 5 to 10 years
