You broke their TOS to which u agreed upon registration. That's basically it.
Why u thought it's ok to make another account under the name of a friend is beyond me. Ur reasoning that it's allowed to have 3 accounts on all networks under ur name makes no sense regarding that.
Take it as a lesson an move on. Dealing with their customer support is a nightmare anyway. They probably won't get ur explanations no matter what.

I don't know myself, I trusted the affiliate, who assessed this as a normal step and justified himself internally by saying that I was not deceiving anyone and was simply returning the rakeback that the room had taken away from me. And the support service, yes, just ignores me, of course I will try to get in touch with them somehow, but I understand that there is little chance of their amnesty.

Haven't tried the big one yet, but APR200 works and is good for $100 in bonus money. Given the structure of the other bonuses, I didn't want to risk it, so I deposited $200 just to be safe.

it is arp500 but be aware that the promotion email is misleading since not only the bonus code expires on the 20th but the bonus itself too
I had to message support to get my bonus using ARP500 so it's probably APR500
The system for playing off bonuses has got me confused.
I have a bunch of NL25 and NL50 "Boost Random Bonuses" I'm trying to figure out how too redeem.
Can you have more than one active bonus? Like one active for the NL25 running side by side with a nl50 bonus?
Terms says " -Runs from 12pm -11:59pm ET daily. " So I can only play off bonuses 12 hours a day?
I can't find a place where I can see the total bonus with the amount shown left to be played off.
Do these things stack or do I forfeit anything I was working on if I hit a collect button for another bonus too soon?

Talked with a rep to see what was going on with the typo. He confirmed it was APR500. Then I obviously wanted to know how long I would have to release the bonus. Here is a clip from that conversation:
Me: I dont see the terms on it besides releasing 5 dollars for every 10 dollars on rake. Is there more terms to this that you could send me a link for?
Ben: No worries, this are the terms for this promo.
Me: There are no other terms, rather than the expiration date is 20th?
So there is no expiration on the bonus after its added to my account?
I have unlimited amount of time to release it?
Ben: It is 30 days after it is activated.

I make the deposit, the bonus says Expires Apr 21st at midnight in my bonus section. So I have 3 days to clear it not 30. Go back to a rep to see why its not 30 days.

Me: I just talked with another rep 10 minutes ago before I used the deposit code APR500. He said the expiration date is 30 days from when the bonus was issued. However my bonus says expires Apr 21st which is in 3 days

Did they get rid of plo500 and plo1k did not play there in ages and i see they dont even have empty table of thoses stakes anymore.
is anyone else getting constant lag when playing on this network? I have a very good PC but Chico always lagging...any recommendations for this issue??
What happened to the Weekly HOLDEM Cash Race? It was there all week and now it's gone and I haven't been credited anything. I was in like 20th place and now it seems Im not getting anything.
Am I the only one who remembers that there was a "Weekly Cash Race" going on last week. And that it dissapeared sometime around sunday morning 4/27?
Everybody was ranked in the same way as the Daily Cash Race. Set to expire at midnight sunday. Nobody else noticed that it just fell off and dissapeared without any payouts?
Weekly Cash Race had its own thing going on, you got points based on your hand losing at showdown, whereas Daily was just total rake
thought it was pretty lame to not seperate into low/med/hi, as someone who plays 25 and 50 PLO I have basically no chance at hitting the daily leaderboard even if I'm playing 7-8 hours
the good news is they revamp their entire bonus system every month or so 😀
The withdrawal fees are absolute nonsense on this site. For a bitcoin withdrawl, the fee is $7.50. If i wanted to use a standard bank transfer its over $60. thank god I am getting off this site lol. Havent played on here for a while but glad I want to withdrawl at this point.

My mistake. I was expecting it to end at exactly midnight sunday but I guess it ended at noon (?). And I'm not sure, but it seems my account was credited with the prize at around that time.

where did You get that info?
Ya it gives you weekly and monthly rewards via Telegram. It's dumb you have to use a third party app but it does connect you to the site to claim.
where can I find more info or join?
When I hit the VIP Rewards it stalls for a while and then it gives me a deposit page. When I X-out the deposit page, The VIP rewards program appears as if the Deposit page had been placed on top of it. Weird.
Does it work that way for anybody else?
Can not find it on Tiger.
