the montreal players must be relieved that they can now play with house money as a big playoff underdog instead of pressure to make the playoffs this last week.
I believe they are the youngest team ever to make the playoffs in NHL history.
Heard that the other week, provided they made it of course.

Stars on a collision course with the Avalanche in the first round. Avalanche should be plus money to win the series since Stars have home ice. Unloading a full clip on the Avalanche.... Stars suck!

Battle of Florida does not start til Tuesday. There will be 2 series already through 2 games. Checked arena availability and that's not the reason.
Strange schedule.
There's 8 series, only 2 on the first day, which is a Saturday, and one series isn't going until Monday, which gives Washington an extra day, since they play on Thursday, but Ottawa has to play on Sunday because they must not matter. Oh, the Leafs must be on TV on the weekend. Why not Montreal as well?

OTT@TOR: There is no need to say who is going to win, LOL. I say five games IF the Leafs have the heart and attitude as they do right now! It is a different feel this year. If not, and the same we want to go to our cottages or play video games, then early exit again.

MIN @VGK: VGK 5 - Wild are weak. Vegas strong.
EDM @ LAK: LAK 6 - I want Oil, but with Ekholm out and other injury concerns they are broken. McDrai will need to go full god mode but not seeing it this year.
OTT @ TOR: OTT 7 - Series going 7 is my strong lean, and gotta fade Leafs.
FLA @ TBL: TB 7 - TB rolling lately. This could go either way. Winner wins Atlantic.
MTL @WSH: Habs 6 - Memories of 2010. Young guns are firing and 4 day break is nice. They were on fire after 4 Nations break. Faced adversity to clinch. Young roster learning the small things. Wash may be broken too and expended effort getting Ovy his goals. MTL needs to win in 6 at Bell Centre. If it goes 7, won't be as confident.
