1-3 NL AA vs. paired turn
Hero ($500) Villain ($200)
Preflop:
Hero is in position and opens to $20 with AsAd and $6 straddle from another opponent in LP
Villain calls in the blinds
Flop (~$45): Qd4s5s
Villain checks, Hero bets $45
Villain calls
Turn ($130): Qh
Villain checks, Hero bets $75
Villain check-raises all-in for $165 total ($90 more to Hero)
Hero?
Is he every doing this with a draw/worse pairs? Need help trying to figure out his range here and my equity against that range...

Why are you barreling turn? Especially after potting it OTF.
Pre is fine. Bet smaller on the flop. Why so big? $25 - $20 is plenty. Check behind on turn. Now that you are here, you need to call off the $90, but it sucks.
I bet large on the flop because I thought any flush draws/combo draws with straight will just call regardless of size and I can get a ton of value from that range since they have the mindset "okay, just one more card"

As I just posted in one of your other threads, it helps to have some reads on how our opponents are playing, and to know the suits of the cards on board and in our hand.
Again, inferring from your follow-on comments that the board is two-tone, I also wonder why you're c-betting for full pot, and barreling the turn for such a large size when the top card pairs.
Yes, we can get value from his draws on the flop, but this full pot c-bet size narrows his range significantly. He's basically only continuing with Qx and draws to the nuts. We're folding out all his 66-JJ.
My preferred line would be to range bet 1/3 pot on the flop, but perhaps less here, because V is starting so shallow, and our hand doesn't need much protection. On the turn Q, V may have improved to trips, so I'd either check back or bet no more than 1/2 pot.
The way this was played, what worse pairs do you think he has here? KK would 3B pre. Probably JJ too, and maybe even TT or 99. Do you think he's calling flop and check-jamming turn with 88 or worse here? That seems really unlikely.
More likely, he's jamming a Q, or 55/44, or he's bluffing. But it would be surprising if he took this line with a worse 2P combo.
I adjusted the post again to show the suits. I could see them from my side but maybe it was a copy-paste issue. I took notes on Reads for players but couldn't tie it back to each hand as I didn't write down the exact opponent I was against. I promise to do a better job next time. Thank you for the feedback @docvail.
That makes sense to bet smaller once you walk me through the logic that I'll end up forcing 66-JJ to fold. I thought he might call with flush draws/combo draws like 6s7s, 6s8s, 7s8s or these types of hands with maybe one spade to see what happens on the turn.
I'll bet smaller next time from 1/3 to 1/2 pot so I can allow these types of hands to continue and check if it looks like they got there
