It was 301BB pot, check raise all in on the river, i have JJJJK my opponent KKJJJ and when he called all in, our cards got flipped and i got message saying that table is disconnected, my 5 other tables worked fine, that table got stuck and closed, i didnt manage to make a screen shot, and i didnt win that pot according to my cashier i didnt receive my winnings, ty

I have 4 withdrawals to Luxon with the status "awaiting process" from 6 to 10 days. The request for Withdrawal of funds was made on April 13, 14, 16 and 17, but none of them have been completed. Although the Withdrawal Payment Time Frames for Luxon indicate 3 business days.
I have already contacted the live support chat 2 times, they said that they would pass the information to the appropriate department and contact me, but so far there has been no response.
My account has been on the Source of Wealth check for 5 months, these are my first withdrawals after you checked all the documents and unfroze my account. In the live support chat, they told me that no documents are needed from me and the account has no restrictions. I have previously made withdrawals to Luxon and it always took 3 days, there has never been a delay.
I also sent an email 2 days ago to all the 888 support addresses I know of([email protected], [email][email protected][/email], [email][email protected][/email], [email][email protected][/email], [email][email protected][/email]), but I didn't get a response, not even an automatic one that the email was received.
I kindly ask you not to write a formal answer. If possible, please forward this request to the support supervisor.

After months i have managed to set up a German account
One last request is i had an error code in the verify documents after i timed out taking the pictures of my id.

Can you please chase it up so i get a fast response. I have already been in this process for 6months or more. and just have one more hurdle!

If you know others playing from Ukraine, they have missed them so far. Maybe you could assist them by giving them the relevant screennames? They missed you for a few months, so they may be a tad slow with some of their workings.

I took the 888poker e-mail at face value, where they stated Ukraine is on their restricted list, but, on a current search, I can't find any list with it on, so it does look like it may be a mistake by at least one member of 888 Customer Support.
I trust 888Rep will be able to tell us one way or the other.

I'll tell you a secret, if you want to find other players from Ukraine, then you just open the lobby of any MTT tournament, click on the inscription players and oh my god, there appears a whole list of all the players registered in this tournament and there you can see the flag of the country from which this player is from to the left of the player's name and if you see a yellow and blue flag, then oh my god, it's Ukrainian, do you understand?

Yes I understand that. I was talking about ur suggestion of mailing them other players names. Not his job imo and was very surprised to read that.
