$7.50 PKO - raise TT early position, facing an early 3bet

Hey guys, I just need some feedback on a hand here. I'm the big stack at the time and I raise pocket tens early, but then get 3bet right away. Villains stack is too deep for me to 4bet all in with tens so I just call.

I think two factors affecting my play this hand were that I was giving Villain very strong credit for his hand given an early 3bet vs me as the table big stack. Also me being out of position gives him a chance to float my bets as well as reraise any leading bets.

What do you guys think? Is there a different way that I need to be thinking about this hand?

Looking back I wish I had bet the turn. But how much is the correct amount? I am betting alot of 1/3 pot bets, but I do find I am getting called by people with overcards looking to hit when the flop comes low.

I dunno, flip a coin I guess. I don't think you should ever be donking the flop here. You get zero folds and zero information that way. If you do that, I think you have to bet the turn.

Ran a solver for chip EV at 50BB (which is probably a little different than PKO, but as close as I can get). All of your plays are technically in the range, and when played this way, TT largely folds the river. But they're also low-frequency plays. TT actually just jams most often pre, 4-bets sometimes, and calls even less. TT leads the flop only about 25% of the time with the non-Td combos and never with the Td, and when it does, it mostly continues for b50 on the turn.

Thanks for the feedback Nath. That is interesting to hear that 4bet jamming is the most recommended play at 50bbs. In my mind, I just thought that was too deep in that spot.

Thanks for letting me know about the river fold as well, and that I should be double barrelling on the turn if betting flop.
