$7.50 PKO: River holding full house

$7.50 PKO: River holding full house

I'm basically just curious about the optimal bet sizing for this river bet. We are both playing in middle position after I call his raise preflop.

I bet in position to his check about 40% pot on the flop and 60% on the turn and then get called both times.

Should my river bet be targeting an Ace with a big kicker(AK, AJ, AT) ? Or should I be targeting hands like KK, JJ, TT, 99, 88?

You have less than pot at this point, I'd just stick it in. Doubt he's calling JJ-88 after the turn barrel, anyway. His range is pretty Ax-heavy here, I'd think, maybe some hands like KcJc / KcTc. Having the Qc does make it impossible he got here with QcXc, but it also makes it more likely he has a made hand and not the flush draw.

Thanks Nath. I felt I was targetting a made hand as well given the turn check/call by Villain.
