Reading the Richest Man in Babylon. Save 10% of what you earn is a good start. Don't use it for poker. Poker especially MTTs is high variance. Satties is probably -EV. PLO zoom 10 is -ev. blackjack is -ev.

9) No Fap for the week.

11) Study Videos on cash games 5 hours for the week.

I just looked at GTO solves K8s is a fold. I may have been on button though I will check now and sometimes its a re-raise all in like we did or call.

playing a $7.70 $700 Gtd PLO MTT in 6 hours. Depending on what time it finishes I might play this one everyday when I get paid and also the $5.50 PLO one in the evening everyday. Studying PLO MTT stragegy right now. Coinpoker has some PLO MTTs as well I might play. I think micro stake PLO isn't beatable due to rake but once at 50PLO its worth playing but I will need a bit more coin to play 50PLO.
