Moderation Questions
The last iteration of the moderation discussion thread was a complete disaster. Numerous attempts to keep it on topic fa
You might be good for him. You could help each other out of the alcoholic mist and into the daylight.
I think he was suggesting you share a flat, not necessarily a bed (though whatever floats your boat) so chez's routine pre-breakfast bottle of whiskey shouldn't bother you.
He can be bothred by his mind on anything.
Personally I'd struggle with him wondering around screaming at the potted plants for being responsible for trump
Not to mention his dog
oh good I've got friends now
Right. And at no time in history has voting for the guy who eneded up winning ever made any of them any smarter.
This might be the first time that there has been a group so proud of shouting from the rooftops "we might be total morons and douchebags but we're proud of it and we won so na na na" though. People used to be embarrassed of being so ****ing stupid.
At least we are smart enough to know how to spell "ended". You thought it was spelled "eneded"? You didn't even get the number of letters correct.

That's called a typo. When you make mistakes like woman/women it's because you can't spell at a 3rd grade level. Lord, you're aggressively dumb.
Not sure complete morons can be responsible.
Maybe the clever people should take more responsibility.
I have never claimed that all Trump voters are morons. Some people just want bad things, or at least are willing to tolerate those things if they expect to personally benefit from the toxic stew.
Sure but the thead was about all the complete moron who voted for trump.
You said it was a self-evident truth but the learned folk here insist they're complete morons so it can't be that self-evident unless complete morons can be held responsible
Re motivations, as the great Stewert Lee observed, not everyone who voted for brexit is a racist.
I trust it's your only child, since I find it hard to believe any woman would **** you twice. All I can say is poor kid, got shafted in the dad lottery for sure.
It's a lot better than having no dad like many on the left.
We were making burritos when we spotted your ridiculous spelling error. The cute little guy felt bad for you and asked if we could bring you some burritos. How sweet is that?

Sounds like a good kid. Shame his dad is too stupid to know and therefore can't teach him the difference between a spelling error and a typo. Hopefully you live in a blue state so he'll at least learn something at school.

Elections are won by encouraging voters to switch (admittedly the US system can bring this down to relatively small numbers in swing states, but that factor's not unique to the US), so 'Trump voters', especially the decisive ones, aren't a stable permanent bloc of supposed idiots. And they may not 'want bad things' -- they may object to 'bad things' that they thought the other side was going to impose on them. There's a question as to media representation (the US rules are not fit for purpose), but, as things stand, not enough of the public wanted what the other side was selling.
I hope the kid pointed out that only been ****ed once by any woman doesn't imply only one kid. Four should be old enough to understand that even if they haven't heard of twins/etc

Yes, it was a bit of a poser how to get my point across there. Thankfully your case is easier as we can pretty safely assume you have zero kids.
Thank you

Valid point. I for one am no longer embarrassed by my stupidity.
Human stupidity is pretty much a constant. When a populist buffoon wins, it means that the opposition failed to field a better candidate or offer a better programme or understand the electorate's concerns.
Recent Democratic Party ideology has been elitist, 'coastal' and not a little weird, and seemingly it doesn't sell.
Harlan Ellison quipped that the two most comment elements in the universe are hydrogen and credulity.
