Someone might "critique" your English, I won't since mine is far from ideal...
3bet size preflop is far too small, and AQo is rarely used as a 3bet in those positions. Using it with a small size is recipe for postflop troubles.
I would consider checking flop, your hand has not much going for it. Not too sure what you accomplish with 1/2 pot, they fold AK no diamond and a few stuff you beat anyway that would fold vs small bet. You are not in good shape vs their range.
Miraculous turn, checking is not terrible but please check-raise allin. What's the point of calling with AQ? Your hand will never be better on the river unless you hit one of the 2 non-diamond As

I would also use your hand to just call preflop vs UTG and HJ. I would 3bet vs CO, BTN or SB with this hand.
But lets say we did 3-bet, I would also check the flop (bad flop for us, start pot control). but we bet flop and get called.
OTT we hit toppair. I would then bet again to let villain know we are serious and then check river.
But as you see, being out of positin in a 3-bet pot vs a strong calling range and a bad board for us keep your losses small.. I don't like to go allin with just toppair if we play 100bb or higher OP.
