ACR doesn't let me withdraw money.

I’ve been trying to verify my ACR account for two weeks now without success. I’ve sent photos of every possible document, and all of them were rejected. Without verification, I can’t withdraw money from the poker room. I contacted support, but their response was some irrelevant nonsense about a deposit. I replied, and in return, I received a blank email. They just don’t want to return the money and are mocking me.

After dozens of attempts, I finally managed to verify my identity, but then they started demanding proof of address, which is impossible to complete. First, they claimed there was a mismatch in the letter of my name on the bank statement. Then they said the document wasn’t original!

In two weeks, the best I could achieve was getting their support to at least respond to the issue. But even that doesn’t help—they’re now asking me to change the letter in my name on my account to match the document with the address. However, they won’t let me change it because my name on the account already matches my passport. They’re contradicting themselves!

This is a complete scam, and I regret ever dealing with them. But the question remains: how do I get my money back? Where can I file a complaint?
