1-2-3 AQo line check
Effective Stacks: ~$300
Two players limp in from MP.
Hero is in late position (LP) with AdQc and raises to $30 over the straddle and limps.
One MP limper calls, others fold.
Pot ~$70
Flop: AsKh9d (rainbow)
Villain checks.
Hero?
I'm thinking about pot-sized/overbetting here close to $60-75 since villain is most likely inelastic with an Ax type hand that I can target for max value on the flop which might not call a big turn bet so I can bet closer to 1/3 to 1/2 pot to get thin value from weaker Ax type hands.

Why are you raising to $30 pre? Is that standard here? Seems a tad large, maybe. But you got a call, so maybe it's fine.
ETA - if there was a $6 straddle on, that makes more sense.
Probably over-betting the flop, for like $100, to target worse AX and draws.
I hope ur trolling ; if you seriously think his Preflop play should be any different, u better just read here in future might ask humbled a question here and there..
So whats your Idea for Pre ? Limp?
Getting more callers to minimize our equity from AQ? From very likely >50% vs one caller HU to somewat ~30% multiway vs random junk??
Some PPL dont think before they talk,
Please think before you post..

yeah - lots of folks 4-6 call if I just do 20-25 so I've been taking your advice and betting larger to only let 1-2 folks in with the straddle on.
awesome! Looks like my thought process was on the right track with a large bet
Bet / Check both possible in this Situation.
2 Consider :
how many streets we‘re likely to get value from Villian ?
If we check back flop: is there a possibility V donkbluff turn / or more likely to get more value from his Kx type of hands?
This is one of the rare spots on low stakes live tables i tend to „slowplay tPTk“ bc flop is dry and there are not many hands we possibly get 3 streets value from and we might induce bluffing..
Betting always fine
