Was this a bad fold on the river?
Should I ever be betting the river here?

Usually I would go 2/3 multiway but K66 board hard for them to have much so I think 1/2 pot is ok, interested what others think.
Turn seems fine
River, I think check is good. The Ad seems like not a good card because makes them calling flop and turn with a fd a bit less likely. Random pps and kx would likely check back river so I'm not seeing many bluffs. Only need 25% but I would think you are not good too often here either way I think it is close.
I think you played hand wel!
OTF:
I agree with Burkeman, nice bet of 50% otf. Board is dry, you are Multiway and out of position.
OTT:
Also good bet I think. Now you are headsup and you probably still have the best hand. He can have pockets, flushdraw maybe weaker kx.
OTR:
Check fold is only option in my opinion. The Ad sucks.
Well played hand Tony, and nice laydown on the river.
Played fine I think. I would consider checking turn and betting blank rivers if it checks through at some frequency but I think betting turn is fine too. paired boards are usually over folded on the turn so I think he's getting to the river with a pretty strong range. The likely bluff candidates will be pp's but they should probably just x back to win vs your ace highs so I don't see that many bluffs
