Got the $6 big box deal at Popeye's today: breast & wing, fries, coleslaw, biscuit. No app, just an non-digital appetite. Find me a better ff deal here in 2025, I dare you.

Btw this is a very good Popeye's I lucked onto up here in MO, much better than my longtime San Antonio site. That one was on the road to ruin last year when I left town.

Big mac is 6.99 a la carte
Double cheese is 4.49 a la carte

only difference is the mac has a middle bun and lettuce
Dc has ketchup

I dont get the 2.50 price difference

The nuggets were good! Reminds me more of fried chicken than nuggets.

I tried all three Taco Bell nugget sauces.

Fire Ranch - was ranch with fire sauce
Bell Sauce - was a Chipotle or smokey bbq?
Honey Mustard Jalapeño - spicy honey mustard

All were good but I guess the Fire ranch was a close best.

Got this yesterday. Just overall solid value and filling. I'm still amazed at how big my breast piece was

I didn't get any Taco Bell drops, but I did hit the big Bell jackpot. Drove through for a small order (it was like $7, I wasn't that hungry) and they gave me 29 Fire sauces. I didn't ask for anything special, they just loaded my bag.

I got this last week and couldn't believe how much food you get.

your tastebuds are a piece of work, for normal people not at all. i actually think it would be pretty difficult to replicate a mcdonalds cheeseburger from walmart parts.

except for the cheese. the cheese is easy. but the beef? good luck. You'll also need their wierd dehydrated onions. sh*t if it was that easy how is mcdonalds even an entity?

Passed by a 5G the other day, afternoon. Place was empty. Price for a small cheeseburger and small fries was like $15. Noped out of there and got my beloved $7 daily double meal deal at the MCDs 2 mins east.

Ate in. What drug is it when a person walks bent half over, head basically touching their feet? Yeah, the one of those guys trying to get into the male bathroom show.

This is a remodeled MCD, where the employees can basically disappear. I finished my meal as fast as possible.

Used to be heroin, these days it’s fentanyl.

There are plenty of foods sold either at restaurants or grocery stores that are easy to make. People are just lazy or on time crunches.

DC has ketchup and mustard. Mac has Mac sauce. Double cheese also has two pieces of cheese where a Mac has only one. So…Double cheeseburger insanely better value

here double cheese is roughly $3.19 to $3.39 and it's buy 1 get 1 for $1.

btw I bought 4 double cheeses today for $9.30.

Even better with the BOGO-for a buck. You can even get them to put mac sauce on them. I used to do it all the time until I realized 2 double cheeseburgers was making me wider than even I could tolerate.

Fast food prices are very much driven by the local minwage. Since the unskilled has realized they can vote themselves a raise it's been ridiculous. The local minwage (14.70 an hour) is over TWICE the federal minwage.
