PokerOK (Ggpoker) froze my account

Good day.

On April 22, 2025, my account was blocked to update the data. In accordance with the requirements, I sent this information to the email address [email protected] (support for Russian language ggpoker players).
I sent:
1. Photographs of a graphic passport.
2. A video showing my face, passport and current date entries written on a piece of paper.
4. Proof of residence:
bank statement / credit card bank statement.

The documents were checked and I was informed that everything was fine with them.

But after that support asked me that I need an additional video recording of my face in front of my house. This requirement is contrary to the legislation on state data, GDPR and platform, represented by PokerOK (Russian language showcase ggpoker), has no right to request information exceeding this, necessary for checks.

I started looking for information on the Internet to see if anyone else had received such requests.
And for example, I found that such letters with requests are received by a number of Russian-speaking players (https://forum.gipsyteam.ru/index.php?vie...) . And after providing a video in front of their home, the players receive the following request from the support service:
record 2.5 HOURS OF Your PLAY with:
-Passport in the frame
-Camera on the face, hands, keyboard and both monitors
-Full demonstration of the task manager and all processes
-Standard limits and number of tables.

It seems that under the guise of updating data, the Russian-language security service of the ggpoker network is trying to ban winning players.

I am an amateur who plays on my phone and I don't understand why ggpoker asks for so much information.

I know that I don’t see my honestly won money from this scam room anymore, but I want to warn other players to play there.
