1-2-3 KcQc turn shove or call and re-evaluate on the river OOP?
Effective stacks: Hero ~$275
Hero: MP with KcQc
Villain: LP older Asian player, covers. He's been betting into a younger opponent (~$1200 stack) to my right HU and folding a lot of rivers. The younger opponent has a LAG image. I have a TAG/Nit image playing few hands but playing them aggressively.
PRE:
Young villain to my right opens to $30. I call with QcKc. Another player to his right calls. I started 3B hands like this later once I realized how wide he was opening. This time it was early in the game and I had no reads so I just called.
Flop ($90): Ah Kd 9c
Villain (older Asian, covers me) bets $15 once action is checked to him. Young villain folds. I call.
Turn ($120): Tc
I check. Villain bets $45. Hero?
What hands is the villain betting small on the flop (~15% pot) and then continuing to increase bet size on the turn (~33% pot)? I don't know if I can just call here with ~$230 behind. If I just call then pot is $210 on the river and I have $185 left and not sure he'll pay me off if a club or straight completing card hits on the river. Is a jam here justified? What will he call with that I have beat or can draw to beat? Was a tough spot for me to think about his range here...

Calling.
I think you have more or less or close to direct odds to call this, assuming clubs and Jacks are outs.
Kings/Queens may also be outs, though could throw you into a horrible RIO if he has better two pair or boats up.
