I mean I'm really on capital, maybe he misspelled it or assumed it was the same with an A, nothing else makes sense for capitalizing building except Capital Building to me
and that could still be a thing, like a bank or some kind of center city thing - not just the specific Capitol
I’d rather know if building was capitalized for State on this turn so we know if gotta change course next turn to find the capitalized reason
