I made a deposit via Pix in the amount of $500 on May 2nd. As of today, May 8th, the deposit has still not been processed.
For context, Pix is an instant online payment system widely used in Brazil, designed to process transfers in real time, 24/7. It's extremely fast and reliableβpayments usually clear in seconds.
When I contacted Bodogβs support, I was initially told to wait 48 hours for the issue to be resolved. However, after that deadline passed, all further responses were vague and unhelpful. They now simply tell me to βwait for a response from the payment processing company,β without providing any timeframe or concrete updates.
This situation is extremely frustrating, especially considering the amount involved and the lack of clear communication.
I'm posting here both to ask for help in resolving this issueβif anyone has contacts or advice that could assistβand to warn other players about the risks of using Pix deposits on Bodog

Have you tried to use the Bodog forum? I don't play on Bodog I play on Ignition and they have a stand alone fourm where employees help out with issues. You use the same login that you use on the site.

I tried accessing the Bodog forum you linked, but unfortunately it's not available for users in Brazil. It seems to be region-locked.
If anyone else has any advice or can assist in any way, I would be truly grateful. This situation has been going on for days without resolution, and it's quite stressful.

Bovada Cash and Zone currently both down but SNGs and probably tournaments running just fine..
I had a problem logging in last night that lasted just under 5 minutes.
I can't login to either the poker software or the actual website... WTF? how long as this been going on?
Long time bovada player here. They had this same crap like a month or so ago. Down Friday night. All of Saturday. Started working Sunday. I am also unable to log in on the poker software. I can on the web client. Obviously if you play a lot of sngs the web client isn't great for that. You can do 2 tables, but 3 or 4 you have to click back and forth. So it's not ideal. From what I saw, seemed like the action slowed once the software glitched last night. Hopefully, they figure it out by tomorrow. Not sure if anyone here has called in . . . obviously it's an issue on their end. They should be aware of it by now
I just put in for a withdrawal for most of my ignition balance. If the client login issue isn’t fixed by the time it processes through, I’m done with them. If the withdrawal takes an unreasonably long time to process through, I’m done with them, even if they fix the client login issue in the meantime.
I’m glad this happened. I was tolerating all the random little disconnects and freezes for far too long.
If they can’t provide cash games that run consistently without any glitches or problems, I’m no longer interested in doing business with them.
I’ve played on Bodog/Bovada/Ignition for 15+ years. In terms of player experience, they’ve consistently gotten worse over time.

Under an hour, and that balance is now on a different site. All of Ignitions various problems are now permanently solved for me.
Anyone able to log in on the bovada poker software now? It still isn't working. It's crazy. Also, does anyone know if ignition works? I know it's the same skin so I'm guessing if bovada isn't working igntion isn't either. But thought I'd verify. How do they not have this fixed by now? Are they even working on it?
Still can't login via the app, but like others said, can do it through the browser. Which I don't like, as you can't easily see the results of the hand you just played (at least not for sit-n-gos).
Down for 2nd day. Plus, they no long have telephone reps.

Client still down. Web play works.
App STILL down.
No issues with Bovada client the last few days here.
FWIW I have had this problem before where the client gives me a black screen for a few days. It always resolves itself eventually. I still have no idea what causes it.
The bovada app still isn't working for me. Never seen it down this long. What the hell? And the ignition app works? I am not talking about the web client - the actual app. Considering moving there if this doesn't get resolved.
I can't login on the browser or client for a Mac laptop (no 2fa option). I also can't login via iphone browser because the 2fa screen doesn't come up to allow me to enter my code

I can log in to the windows client, but not via browser.
While on the client I can't access the Cashier. Clicking on it returns an error page with the message "THE REQUESTED URL WAS REJECTED. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU THINK IT WAS LEGIT", then gives me a support ID. I get the same error message trying to clicking a link to the support forum.
My balance still shows up in the client, but no cashier access is a little distressing.

I can't log in through the app, OR the online site. Hard to imagine Ignition is running tournaments. They post tournaments with GTD payouts. If none of Bovada's players can sign up, they would lose their boo boo's, aka asses.
