1-2-3 AQo missed river bluff spot?

1-2-3 AQo missed river bluff spot?

Effective stacks: ~$400
Hero in MP with AQo
Villains:
Villain 1: in BB, younger white male that just sat down at the table a couple hands ago so no reads so far
Villain 2: EP, younger asian woman, plays pretty solid and raises majority of her hands preflop. I see her here frequently and she plays aggressively post-flop as well

Preflop:
Villain 2 raises to $20
Hero (AQo) 3-bets to $60
Villain 1 cold calls.
Villain 2 calls
Pot ~$180.

Flop: 2h 5h 7s
Villain 1 checks
Villain 2 leads small for $35.
Hero flat calls.
Villain 1 also calls.
Pot ~$285.

Turn: Td
Everyone checks.

River: 8c
Hero?

I thought about betting $200 but I am not much of a bluffer and play a very nit style so I wasn't sure if this was appropriate line. I felt like the heart draw missed and couldn't really put villains on ranges. Villain 2 betting into me on the flop threw me off a bit and didn't want anyone trapping me and I also thought that my Ace high might be best here. Thoughts?

Is V1 in the blinds? What’s the hero’s position?

I'd like to know your position at table during this hand. 3-betting an EP from MP is stronger than 3-betting from button and makes your perceived range stronger. It's also helpful to know what suits you have because that allows a backdoor flush draw with a call on flop if you have a heart. So I don't really have the info I need to give my thought process.

But 3-betting is definitely fine preflop with AQos in position. Personally more than often I will just call $20 here rather than 3-betting, but I'll do it a decent amount of the time, especially when I've played with the person. To unknowns I would rather call but if I know someone is aggressive pre I will start 3-betting much more frequently. I do also mix in more 3-bets with suited connectors or suited aces as well, but slightly prefer flatting $20 here, but no huge mistakes made yet.

The flop line is why I prefer not 3-betting. If I miss I can just fold to a c-bet, or check back and hope to spike an overpair. If she leads into us then it encourages us into having to make a bluff we might not be comfortable with and risk donking off our stack. Nothing wrong with playing AQos conservatively from an UTG EP raise. As played, I probably just fold, and I'm more likely to raise than to call. I know it's $35 to win $180 - $215, but calling encourages EP check raise, and even if we hit an ace or queen if it's a heart we're worried about flushes or sets. I don't really like a bluff on this river. I think I'm probably just checking. I would have saved myself $40 prefllop + $35 flop here, which definitely adds up.

Sorry about that. I updated positions in the original post but don't remember the suits. I know we didn't have backdoor flush possibility so that's why I felt weak here and wasn't more aggressive.

I've had a hard time playing AQo when I just call because I'll miss 2/3 of the time but if I'm coming in as the preflop aggressor I see that villains usually fold to flop c-bet. Should I 3B AQo OOP more and maybe think about flatting IP? This villain also raises a lot of her hands preflop so I wanted to 3B and make the pot bigger while having position on her
