I have said several times here that Trump did exactly one thing I approved of during his first term - the ban on immigration and travel from countries known for having terrorists attack civilians in the west.

America is the oppressor, Islamic extremists are the oppressed. Current Islamic extremist actions that lead to being oppressed we’re invading a city to kill 7-800 citizens, hijacking civilian cargo vessels and occasionally killing civilians, and murdering tourists in a neighboring country, among other actions.

What happened to places like Egypt and Iran? I tried to do quick search to see if I could dig up a video from the 70's or 80's in Egypt where the speaker and the crowd are literally laughing at the idea of women losing their rights and freedoms etc. Like it was some impossible hysteria. As I prepared to spread more joy in to the world this morning I prepared a coffee and checked the news feed on twitter. This popped up.

It reminds me how historically bad 2p2 politics moderation has been and how that kind mirrors the state of society. Like the concept of a country includes borders. Who should you let in, everyone? Is letting in 10 million people from Ireland the same as letting in 10 million people from Pakistan? Same assimilation? Assimilation is bad? Same results, benefit to the host country, etc?

We can't have those conversations though. The posters, and usually moderators as well can't actually participate in an adult conversation about actual (not hypothetical) situations and decisions happening and needing to be made across the west. People want to come here and not the other way around for a reason. Why? etc. Nothing actually happens in these discussions except those questioning the mass migration have a mob (including mods) squealing about how wacist everyone is. Zero thoughtful or careful analysis. This of course has been very effective out in the wild. Anyone apposing mass migration is shouted down as a wacist.

What happened in Iran? What happened in Egypt? What happened in England and why did they try to cover it up? How are things going in Sweden? What's happening in Ireland right now? Any Canadians notice large groups gathering on street corners celebrating and waving flags the day after a massive terrorist attack in Israel? Why were they celebrating civilian rape and murder like that? How could those same people be so unimaginably stupid to be dancing before they reach the end zone and not realize palestine is about to become rubble? Questions only a wacist would ask imo

The current state of leftism is cultural marxism. Simply put it's just oppression rankings by identity. The issues with muslims makes this quite obvious

The left hates anyone manspreading, keeping biological men from dominating women's sports, or the fictional gender wage gap. The framing of "women's right to choose" is also a classic. But what happens when you criticize muslim communities that have... lets just say, less than progressive views on women? What happens when you criticize them? Where does the left go and what to they do? They side with the muslims and call everyone a wacist. They also have an insane blind spot. It's beyond just ignorant or naive. It's cartoonish infantilization.
