CoinPoker Account Banned For No Reason
It's now been about 6 days since my account was banned (with 100k+ in the balance) and was then told that my account is under review but there has been no further updates or explanation since then. Similarly my account was also banned a couple months ago where I had to complete KYC procedures which were eventually successful and my account was reinstated and I had 40k+ in funds at that time. I had won a significant of money on this account overall and recently (on live casino games) so I suspect this is what is being reviewed this time. I hope that Coinpoker can be fair again and let me receive my funds so that the Curacao eGaming commission won't need to get involved. If there is any Coinpoker staff who reads this post my username is Twix13876 and I would like this to be escalated to the team and resolved ASAP.

Hi,
Support tell me they are in constant communication with you over email, your last reply to them was yesterday, and their last reply to you was this morning, can you check your spam folder etc.
Coinpoker accused me of "card counting" and "multi-accounting" without providing evidence and this alleged "card counting" is not an activity explicitly mentioned in their ToS. And I haven't multi-accounted. I only own 1 account under my device & ip & identity. So now the curacao egaming commission have stepped in and now coinpoker must provide evidence to back up their claims.
I am shocked that it has to be escalated to this just because coinpoker didn't want to pay me out my entitled winnings.
Hello! I just tried to login to my account this morning as well, and received a message that says "You are banned". I haven't done anything to break their Terms of Service. I did issue a larger withdrawal about 12 hours ago, and the security team emailed me to verify that it was me who issued the withdrawal. I confirmed to them via email, but still have not received my funds, and still cannot login due to this banned message. My username is HuskerFan.
Can anyone please help?

Hi this was resolved on the 28th over our social media, user HuskerFan can now login - let me know if anything else needed thanks. Withdrawals over $10k get manually reviewed, all sorted now though.

OMG
I just got permanently banned from @Coin_Poker out of nowhere, and they confiscated my entire balance with no warning. They are even saying that my money will be distributed to the players that "I HARMED".
I was playing cash games while using Hand2Note as my HUD, which @Coin_Poker - in my understanding - officially approved in January 2025. I also did use StackAndTile, which just helps organize tables and provides hotkeys. Suddenly, I get a message saying I’m banned for violating Term 12.8.8 (External Player Assistance Programs), which kind of sounds like I would have used illegal live assistance type of software.
Maybe StackAndTile pressed some kind of bot trigger on their end?
I really need help here because they wonΒ΄t even discuss the matter with me anymore:
"You have been banned permanently from playing at @Coin_Poker. You are no longer welcome to play at our tables. Our decision is final and no further emails will be answered on this matter."
@Coin_Poker, care to explain? Screenname: RiveredPhoenix.
Appreciate help as I really canΒ΄t loose my bankroll right now!
Hi I've escalated that today (I'm not in the security team but I've asked them), I'm told they will be reviewing your case again asap, so hopefully you will get an email reply soon.
We do allow table management software, I can't find any internal discussion about StackAndTile specifically though so yes perhaps that triggered something new for them.
^ That one's now resolved I'm told, must have been the StackAndTile. You should be sorted out now.

Sorted out with compensation @Coin_Poker! Thank you!
I have to say, though, it's still pretty concerning that CoinPoker refused to discuss the matter with me and forced me to file a complaint with regulators. The “100% certain” evidence you claimed to have was clearly not 100% certain at all, and I was never shown any of it.
All good now, though! We'll see how things go from here. From what I gathered online while my entire bankroll was confiscated, it seems like CoinPoker is way too quick to slam the door on players without proper communication. I hope this improves in the future.
Since we're a crypto based site open to worldwide players with no KYC we unfortunately attract more cheats than other sites, we are also a relatively small site with a small team compared to the large regulated rooms. So occasionally we will get things wrong, and there seems to have been some false positive in your case. Glad to hear you are now sorted out, and as you mention we've shown goodwill by paying compensation. I didn't send those emails so I can't comment on what they said, I will pass on your feedback internally to the security dept now though, and please accept my apologies on their behalf.

Reasons are still excuses.
I also got my account banned and they are refusing to pay out my withdrawal. I created an account yesterday, deposited, played for a while, and withdrew for about double my deposit (barely over $500). I tried logging in a few hours later and my account was banned. Reached out and was told I had created multiple accounts and they will not be paying out my withdrawal. This is a total lie and I never made an account prior (although I have roommates who did). They refuse to listen and told me they won't be responding back.
Has anyone had success or a way to contact the commission they are regulated by? This is absolutely ridiculous for something that is a total lie and for such a small amount.

If you can post your username or send me it, I will try to ask the security team to have another check on your case.
If you have roommates they are going to be on the same IP address right so assuming this is a genuine mistake you can understand how easy that would be for them to make, and how difficult it would be for you or them to prove innocence, surely. I'm not an expert in that department of the site though.
This is the contact form for CoinPoker's regulator https://anjouangaming.com/contact/

Thanks for looking into this. My username is knickstape1102.
Also, the link you posted is incorrect. It says "Any and all disputes must be lodged via the site seal for the relevant operators website." I do not see this anywhere on CoinPoker's website

It looks like CoinPoker's front page needs updating:

Coin_poker Rep's link is to Anjouan, which is a different licensor to Curacao. I assume CoinPoker has changed its licensor but not its website page.
As to why they have changed licensor, Altenar comments that, "On the other hand, Anjouan continues to maintain a more relaxed regulatory environment that does not impose strict audit requirements. Consequently, the jurisdiction continues to appeal to iGaming operators seeking fewer compliance checks with easier market access and lower barriers to entry, offering a balance between licence credibility and operational freedom."
Bottom left you should now see the seal which links to https://verification.anjouangaming.org/v...

Once you click that seal, you'll see a 'file a complaint' option

They replied that they have been in communication with you for some time about your opening 6 accounts - Dummydummy214, Nori1102, Norrison211, Noribean1102, SeaBassNori211, Yankees1102.
Some of these you asked to be closed in the past. But still six accounts including this latest one is continued multiaccounting in breach of ToS so they've decided to implement a ban. They consider these accounts related to each other, not roommates on a similar IP.
If you have any other evidence you can provide as to those 5 other accounts being roommates, send it to the regulator using that site seal.
Hello CoinPoker Support Team,
My situation is almost identical to that of RiveredPhoenix. I received a penalty notice on May 22, 2026, stating that I violated Clause 21(f) and 21(g):
21(f): Use of bots, automated scripts and AI programs is prohibited.
21(g): Real-time assistance tools, solvers and decision engines are forbidden during gameplay.
Since I registered this account, I have never used any real-time assistance software. I only ran Hand2Note to record game data for personal review, which is fully compliant with your rules. I suspect the system’s AI mistakenly flagged my HUD usage as prohibited real-time assistance tools. I have already submitted a detailed explanation to your security team and requested a re-investigation, yet I have not received any reply for seven days. I sincerely ask for your assistance with this matter.
I’ve noticed that many players I referred to CoinPoker have also had their accounts banned recently. Most of them only used Hand2Note, and some didn’t run any third-party software at all. I am fully convinced that this is a widespread wrongful ban triggered by your system. Please expedite the review process.
As a professional high-stakes poker player, time means money to me. I never expected such a major platform to have large-scale wrongful account bans and such slow progress in resolving appeals.
@Coin_Poker, could you please look into this?
