Doesnt change the fact that in court, the court will see that the short dude escalated the situation unreasonably. There was a guy between them and he could have walked away, he has tons of space behind himself and is not in any way backed into a corner where violence is his only option. Short guy will be sweating and fat guy has an easy case even though he was verbally aggressive.

Actually that’s quite the take. Fat fk was threatening whole time, verbally said “I’ll slap you..”, and may have even begun to raise his left hand to slap him when he got clocked. This is entirely self-defense and would get tossed in a pre-trial motion if it even made it that far. Casino bans is only likely outcome.

I’m sober, thanks. I have served on a jury, but since I don’t live in LV, don’t worry (also, this is never going to be prosecuted, so thankfully you won’t be on the jury).

First watch a couple days ago, I thought the short guy sucker punched him unnecessarily. On a rewatch with sound on and paying closer attention, the big guy was definitely stalking him. The little guy tried to move away twice and the big guy kept coming. Not saying he had to punch him but it is understandable.

I'm far from a violent person. I'm not even gonna pretend im a good fighter. But if someone threatened me and steps towards me unless I think they have a weapon I'm hitting them. I don't think I'd get in such a sweet punch though.
