New fast food discussion/review thread
OK OOT, it's been a while since we had a devoted fast food thread around here and I think it's time we had a new one.

Speaking of x and y, planes have been approaching DEN over my area the last few days. This is pretty unusual, but we're getting a SE breeze so it makes sense.
I'm surprised how much delta there are in the x and y dimensions as planes fly over--miles. I'm about 20 mi WNW--I thought that would be close enough that they're in a pretty narrow approach path; i.e., lined up, coming down the chute.
Too much bourbon? I am unfamiliar with this concept.
i am also fast food lover
The local Bell had a sign that they are going to stop doing breakfast (at that location) effective immediately. Is unfortunate.
Oh baby
LOL The Habit...
They announce today that everything is 30% off in the app. Hours later... Oops sorry, we meant this Tuesday.
I went to Habit yesterday. Got an email from ubereats over the weekend and noticed at the bottom they had a BOGO double burger thing going on through their app. They now have a fried avocado side so I gave them a try also. The crispy outside and mushy inside doesn't work for me. Their onion rings are great. They just need to stop being so cheap with the sauces. Only get 1 per side which is only enough for half the order.
702guy where are you seeing these prices? Even at a cheaper location near Palace Station by my office mcchickens are $2.59 and have been over $2 for a long time and double cheeseburgers are $3.59. They go for $2.89 and $3.79 respectively near my house in Southern Highlands. I'm just kind of glad they removed the spicy chicken from the BOGO offer. 2 for $3.89 is not terrible but not the same as when they were $1.29 or whatever after they raised the price from $1.
what if i told you it was possible to ask for anything by name
my McD's network are the following locations:
- Buffalo & Flamingo (inside the Chevron station)
- Buffalo & Charleston
- Boca Park (just up the street from the Suncoast)
- Lake Mead Parkway & Boulder Highway - this one is the cheapest. you can get 2 McChickens here for $2.79 (plus tax)!
Wow what a deal!
Mcrick hooked me up with a large fry instead of a small in my $7 daily double meal deal. I wonder if the ladies saw my dog

Tried the Mickey's Crispy Strips. Did not like. Seemed like low quality chicken, and weird breading. Carl's Jr tenders are much better, but I didn't really compare the price. The McBuffalo sauce is the same stuff you get with nuggets, far inferior to Carl's.

I was impressed with the Taco Bell chicken nuggets. They were made with real pieces of cut chicken. I would even say they were juicy.
Wendy's $3 Son of Baconator paired with a free with purchase offer like nuggets, fries, drink, etc is a great deal!
Also remember that at Wendy's you can add lettuce and tomatoes for free.

So ... $3 Daughter of Baconator?
I had a couple baconator kids and a free drink for lunch, too bad the drink offer only refreshes once a week or I'd probably go again on Friday.
slightly grinds my gears that only mcdonalds in the seattle exburbs participate in the free mcchicken when the sounders win a game promo
since my beloved $7 daily double combo a deal , I can add that promo for a value fiesta
I ate 1/2 the mcchicken and saved the nuggets; the mcchicken patty reheated decently in the air fryer. I basically considered it a mcnugget
