They steal from you, block your balance, and don’t even provide any evidence.

Hi, again poker sites do confiscate funds if they consider a player has committed fraud, it's part of the ToS of any poker site along with them having sole discretion.

If a site does it too much without any reason or mistakenly they will quickly lose all traffic. It's not something we take lightly or rush to do without evidence. We do consider that fraud has taken place in your case.

by MarlonCPoker

not even the supposed email for problem resolution responds to you, and be careful with scammers.

by MarlonCPoker

I received an email from a supposed member of CoinPoker offering to help with my case. I was directed to him via Telegram

Please click the site seal in the bottom left corner of the coinpoker.com homepage then 'file a complaint' and fill in the form that pops up.

What you wrote about a scammer DMing you has no relation to CoinPoker, I'm not sure why that is included ITT. Can you please post the email address it came from.

I note you have no 2+2 history prior to this thread - perhaps you aren't aware but it's commonplace to be sent unsolicited forum / Telegram DMs by people imitating admin staff for any kind of crypto related business or project, as it's very easy to attack a crypto wallet with malware.

If you want to ban him fine, give him his money back

Google + 'confiscated funds', you'll find 2+2 / Reddit threads for every major site withholding funds in cases of fraud or other prohibited activity, in order to meet any legal costs, compensate victims, and of course as a deterrent - which improves the safety of games for all players.

The lowest number of Google results is actually those for CoinPoker, when I do a quick comparison between the major sites, and often site reps usually don't even reply in the threads for other sites.

I've played on almost every site except coin poker, no site and I mean no site has banned me and kept my money because I sent it from an exchange. Stop with the nonsense

I should add you won't have the chance to keep my money because I wouldn't deposit anything to a site this dirty. I hope others read this thread

That's not the reason he was banned, as he wrote he has deposited from MetaMask before and been active on the site for some time.

how about blocking all deposits unless they come from his saved wallet, it shouldn't be an option at all then. He should get it back if your site accepted it

We have multiple deposit options, players aren't limited to just their decentralized wallet, at any point they can also opt to use an exchange, or a bank transfer (in 24 specific countries) if they wish.

I will make it very clear again. I did not commit any fraud on your website. You openly accuse me but don't propose to present the evidences and this kind of approach bothers me. As I said earlier here, I am open to clarifying any suspicious activity on my part. If you have conducted such a precise investigation as to deciding to steal my funds you should not hesitate to present these evidence.
I will make the complaint, and update here.
And about the person who came to contact claiming to be from your team. I mentioned here because this person almost deceived me, and if, really necessary evidence about the activity of this account generated by him, I am already clarifying, but I also have email records and videos of the conversation on Telegram.

by MarlonCPoker

I have sent you another email. As you can see from the screenshot, they closed my account with this argument. And I propose to answer every accusation you make and present whatever evidence is available. But what it looks like is that he arbitrarily decided to close my account and steal from me.

And sthephanny misswrites "Service", she steal your money and dont even show a little bit of respect 😃

To no one's surprise, contacting CoinPoker's regulatory body doesn't work either. They simply haven't responded to my complaints or messages. Anyway, I'll keep trying, but this has already taken too much of my time. My only suggestion is to stay away from this fraudulent platform. I hope more people see this post.
