Pokerstars balance not matching my winning on PT4
My Pokertracker 4 is showing that I had won more than the increase in my Pokerstars balance for a couple of days this week. Has anyone else had this issue? I have contacted support to ask to investigate.

If you play tournaments it's possible you close PS client too quickly after finishing the last game and the tournament summary file is not generated and imported to PT4. You should wait about a minute before closing all software.

Thank you for this. Yes some re-entries were not being recorded in PT4.
This is annoying. When you bust re-entry tournament, you may have only couple of seconds to re-enter the tournament and cannot wait for a minute.
These missing reports only happen when you close the client immediately after finishing the last tournament. During session it should be alright

From my experience these happen with re-entry tournaments if you re-register or close tournament too quickly after busting, you dont need to close whole client.
I've had to continually manually update re-entries into my PT4. While playing on Pokerstars, I wait a minute or two before closing games or re-entering. Is there a fix for this in PT4 that anyone knows of so that re-entries can be recognized and picked up?
