It's based on preconceived notions and stubbornness, period. From what I saw of Bo last year I find it hard to believe he won't improve.

Bork is fine, and I’d definitely take him over Darnold in a heartbeat, but there’s a tier of qbs who can run **** themselves despite an absence of talent and Bork sure as **** isn’t in that tier. With the injuries the Niners had last year Bork showed how sincerely inept he is without a line capable of at least halfway decent protection, and Trent has basically established himself as the most valuable niner cuz any game he misses with this bullshit line will result in Bork getting sacked like 6 times at least

Bo had terrible RB's and TE's last year. These positions have been significantly improved on paper. We are gonna see Bo operate more like Josh Allen with RPO's. RJ Harvey is a legit threat that teams playing the Broncos last year didn't have to worry about. I think Pat Bryant is gonna be a sneaky good security blanket for Bo. Marvin Mims is trending towards being a star. Troy Franklin came on at the end of the year. Vele is solid.
Bo may be at his physical ceiling but he will continue to grow as a player due to his high football IQ.
