Can I get a bit more explanation about needing to go through Telegram to get rewards? I've poked around a bit, and it looks like this is only for casino/ sports betting. The standard weekly/ daily poker bonuses are still showing up in the client and don't say anything about needing Telegram for anything.

I signed up for betonline.ag because of all the good reviews and now I'm starting to think all the reviews were written by the people scamming...only a few days after opening up my account and becoming very confident after a small winning streak my account is disabled, and it says contact administrator...I thought I was requesting too many payouts, and they said we just need a pic of your ID front/back and a utility bill from the past 90 days...they keep saying we need a clearer picture of your documents, but I KNOW the picture were perfectly visible and there's no way it could not have been readable...how can a company or website do this to new players trying to have a new experience...

Yeah, got something like that a few times. The biggest one was for ~$120. The last one was a couple of weeks ago, got $19.

If you use crypto and ONLY crypto for any transactions with the network, you won't need to go through all this KYC crap.

Not true, I've only used crypto and had to send ID and a bill. I was like a year in on the site with many withdrawals before they asked. Seems to be random

OK, maybe it's random or depends on your country of residence. But for me it's 3 years (spread over all three Chico skins; the longest with BetOnline, about 2 years of regular withdrawals) without any requests. And back in 2022, a CS rep told me that no IDs required when using crypto (I had turned to them after not finding any KYC forms in the software).

This is great, I am not sure if I'm dealing with incompetence (first line support after chatbot) or it's an actual site policy to say "trust us, there are some multipliers, we rake 7%, but hold your horses, we do not offer probabilities" 😀

I think it's just one of many layers of bot detection/collusion. While I understand privacy concerns over KYC it at least makes it slightly harder. You don't want to be on a site where one person is creating 30 accounts and no one is checking to see if there is a real individual behind each. While KYC checks can be annoying especially when it takes too long.....I welcome it. Especially in 2025. Also a minimum wage CS rep in another country doesn't know anything about the site... just look above lol

After being scammed by Betonline.ag and having my account terminated only barley a week after I opened it, they are saying I was transferring funds to another player when now newly, I've heard from other players on different avenues says that the company has corporate account(s) they use to have it look like players are breaking the rules....I'm trying to process how I could possibly do that when I'm brand freshly brand new and just got on a winning streak...it's not like i was winning massive amounts I have 1600 in poker and 2600 in my main account.... how can the company just steal from new players that are doing well? Basically, it's like my account was framed by a corporate account so they can "create a reason" to terminate someone's account...there has to be someone who can do something! please help did I make a mistake by signing up for this place? because google says that they may be operating illegal in some places/cases...has anyone ever had this happen to them b4? I've heard betonline.ag has a team of employees that frame new people that are on winning streaks or anyone winning a lot of money in a short period that they can just make up a scenario that says 'I'm cheating'....

The player they said I was cheating with, I had my cousin in the Space Force who is a senior operator in the cyberspace division of the Military got pissed when I told them what happened, and they did some checking and found the account I was supposedly cheating with is a Costa Rica based and originating IP address. funny that the player that I was cheating with is in the same country/territory as the company....hmmm, a bit suspect I would say

A little over 2 months ago, my Tiger Gaming account was blocked. They never gave me any explanation as to why, and every time I contacted them, they said that my account was under review. I won approximately 16k dollars there a while ago, and in addition to only being able to withdraw a little bit per week, they also blocked my account. I contacted them several times and the only response I got was that the account was under review. This is all extremely frustrating, we all know how hard it is to win at poker and when you win something, the site blocks it. I hope this post helps me in some way to unblock my account.

This is probably, next to bodog, the most colluded on site there is, and there are constantly new names showing up and running millions above EV, taking tens of thousands out of the ecosystem, then disappearing. So, I assume it's just you guys showing up, getting banned, then making new accounts.
