It's down there, for sure. There are several instances of the combined win% being under 60% in the 60s when there were only 8 teams.
The lowest I could find when the league expanded was in 77-78, and it was 59.25%

I think having an offense where your whole strategy is to (more/less) spam 3's no matter what ---- leaves much to be desired.
From a pure variance standpoint you're going to be at the mercy of bad nights more so than a team that has a balanced offensive attack. It also reeks of uncreativity from Mazzula.
I'm not saying you shouldn't 3's but have them as a product of your overall offense -- not the entire part of it.

I'm rooting for OKC because ♥Chet♥ but it sucks Gordon is out and it would be sort of hilarious if Westbrook had a huge game to lead the Nuggets to the upset. I think OKC wins 113-85 though.
It really sucks these teams who have to rely on 5-6 players in the playoffs can't ever stay healthy. But it just doesn't seem sustainable. If the Nuggets somehow won today they'd probably fall apart next round like last year's Knicks.
