What is Hi-Lo REGULAR (as opposed to 8 or better) ? All hands qualify as a low so the 8 means nothing?

Usually the NL 2-7 round doesn’t play that big meanwhile the PL 27TD does. With deep stacks in NL SD easy to pot control and take a low variance line. In a ten game mix it might play smallest.
I've played the WSOP dealers choice many times and I can promise you PL 27TD plays very small. People don't gamble as much, fold pre-draw a lot, and it's just basically a tame version of 2-7 NL.

I intended my original question to have nothing to do with observed experiences of actual game play. The correct answer to my question could be calculated by programming a full ring of bots to play perfectly in each game to see which game would produce the highest BB/100 win rate on the button. While it is interesting to hear how humans tend to deviate from GTO play in the various games, perhaps even so much so that it causes a different game to produce a higher BB/100 win rate than that in the bot simulation, that would be a secondary discussion.
