I’d say round fits better than everything after back, but normally I’d bold round third since it’s unlikely to be ours because of the last clue. BUT it’s also possible that Nich didn’t want to clue ass - 1 because that’d communicate to us that round isn’t ours. And, if it’s ours and he just missed the boxing clue, it could be a task trying to get us back onto it after clueing off of it with a 1-clue.

I wouldn’t say it’s a definitive no for sound. Flatulence is often audible, though not nearly as deadly as when it’s silent.
I agree it can’t be spine, because there are much better clues, like chiropractor/chiropractics (which avoids hospital because it’s pseudoscience bullshit).

Back + spine = chiropractor
Back + sound = fart (maybe ass?)
Back + model = ? Ass is the best I can think of here; one doesn’t need to be an “ass model” to have/accentuate as ass or be a “piece of ass”
I can try to think of more, but none of them combined with back will = ass.
