Trips on the river in a fold pre hand

I have as you can see Q5o in the BB, like just fold pre everyone would say but against these two I felt like calling.
Would never call against two regs.
Check to original raiser that bets 65% pot, co folds - we call.
Turn villain overbets like 150%.
I had seen him being out of line before and I had the stack to call so I called.

Okay, so river we obviously turn trips which had me excited for about 10 seconds, where I check and villain jams for 3.5x pot.

We unblock the Qh which is basicly it.
We have a bluff catcher now, and villain has been quite out of line some times.

What do we make out of this shove?
