mine wasn't cancelled either, it was just repetedly told, withdraw was rejected blabla we'll try again....
try another method blabla...
it was never cancelled, but my funds weren't available...

but it's weird since it is all electronic "banks" that aren't working correctly, neteller, skrill, luxon...
all status were showed as "awaiting process"
until you decide what to do via 888rep

Our specialized team has already reached out to the member via email requesting the necessary documents to process the withdrawal. Currently, the only available withdrawal option on the account is wire transfer, as the previously used Neteller account has been blocked due to multiple rejections.

want to report a software bug.

When you are kicked off from the table, due to inactivity - this table is not available for you 30 minutes or so. That is fine.
But when you try to join waiting list on this table - it shows an empty pop up. (see attachment). There should to be a message, not just emptiness with OK button.

I've already sent the documentation ( documentation they already had, since I've had to verify everything multiple times in this last year)

Btw, there is 2 withdraw pending since 13 May
Each from a different method, one via visa card and other via bank wire.
I had to cancell my neteller withdraw, since 888 decided to delete my neteller.
So I deposited with new methods so I could withdraw with valid methods.
Both valid methods still haven't been withdrawn, and payments periods established by 888poker policy have already been exceeded too...

Hopefully this is solved asap please. It's been over month and half..

I can deposit via neteller and I can deposit via my visa card, but none of this methods has been used/allowed by 888 on my dropdown menu for my withdraw...
I want them restored back please

Yesterday and today I played a few tourneys on 888 again after a few months
The gameplay itself was relatively smooth as always, but when at one table I bust the popup asking about reentering appeared, the software would just completely crash. Happened a couple times yesterday at a few non-cruicial spots, whatever.
However, this is bad as itself obviously, but due to German Regulations after software closes on 888 I have to wait for 5 minutes before doing anything upon logging in again (issue only 888 has of all german regulated sites, not now realizing yes I just logged out, from YOUR OWN provider). This was fixed quickly by Stars/GG back in the day, 888 didn't manage to fix this in 4,5 years since the Regulation is in place.
Wasn't fun as Chipleader 6 handed on a Mystery Bounty FT with over 50% of the Chips, obviously, to just watch and click click click constantly to be back whenever these 5min are over.
Absolutely unplayable this way obviously. I tank-time-banked the other table I had the entire time I had at the time just to not bust it over the time this FT was running, which obviously is also not the way it should go.

Did anyone else have a similar issue before (the software randomly shutting down upon this pop-up) and has a fix? This didn't happen ever when I played on 888 a year ago, but I'm obviously kinda worried now, the immediate "fix" I can do is single-tabling 888 as for now.

You really need to forget about Neteller as it is no longer an option for you they said.

why does a site choose which method is good or not?

my neteller is fully operational, and on an allowed country... all other sites have no problem with it, and i deposit and withdraw through it...
makes no sense... but ok...

btw I didnt use anymore neteller , I deposited with a visa card and the method was accepted.

again the question is,
why did 888poker decide I can only have bank wire transfer for withdraw , but I have available and working 100% to deposit (since I deposited with most of the available methods , so I could have those deposit methods available for withdraw )

How can I talk to support or escalte to repoen other methods like, my visa card , skrill , luxon f.ex.?
Because I want to withdraw to that same visa card, but the dropdown menu only allows me bank wire transfer

btw I can deposit without problem with neteller... So it's a matter of 888 not willing to pay through neteller , who knows why... fees...agreements...?

888Poker Client Lag + Tag Bug – Anyone Else?

Hey guys,

I've been having really frustrating issues with the 888Poker desktop client lately, and I'm wondering if others are experiencing the same:

Massive lag when multitable – I can play 12+ tables on PokerStars with zero problems, but with 888, once I open 4 tables the whole client becomes laggy and unresponsive. My PC is more than solid (Ryzen 5 5600G, 32GB RAM, RTX 3060), so it's definitely not a hardware issue. CPU and GPU usage remain low the entire time.

Player tag colors randomly change – I assign color tags to players (like orange), and then after a few hands, some of them switch to a different color (like yellow) on their own. No idea why this is happening, but it makes color coding basically useless.

I’ve already reinstalled the client, cleared out config files, tried different settings... no improvement.
Is this just me, or is the 888 software as broken as it feels? Any workaround or fix from anyone?

after a long time....finally got my withdraw but via wire transfer, my bank applied 2% exchange fee... but better than 4.98% that 888 applies 😀)
let's see if this works out with other methods....because bank wire transfers sucks nowadays...

If you find a visa card without an additional fx-fee, then it is the way to go. Visa exchange rate is only 0,5%-1% worse then mid-market fx rate. Carefully read if they allow gambling payments and don't charge any additional fee for it (!) though.

question i never got answer. i read card strike rules and i didnt see written that odds of spinning are different for winning players and losing players, i reckon i have played around 1 million hands since card strike was introduced and i have never won more than 1bb on the wheel. if its not stated in the rules is it legal to have hidden different odds for players based on if they are winners or losers on the site?

no, im just capped at 1bb max win per spin, it shows as regular card strike bonus, card strike didnt start 2 days ago, it started like a year ago, now it has special 6 day period of better chances of winning it, im just waiting for 888rep for official statement and after that i will move to complaint department if the answer is not reasonable
