Yes HUD is allowed now!

Can I not wd directly to POL token? Only seeing USDT / USDC/ BTC as options on polygon network.

I have some "polygon bridged USDT" in metamask now. What is the best / cheapest way to convert this to other crypto?

but you need a conversor right?? I hate 3rd soft parties always lagging...or messing the setup...

which is the best to have hud?? can you help me out pls?
tyyy

I don't use a HUD personally, but I believe DriveHUD is a popular choice.

No POL it seems, yeah.
To Convert any crypto to other Crypto accross a different Chain (including bridging between networks etc.) I've always used xy.finance
Always had good expirience with it.

DriveHUD and Hand2Note are the only 2 HUDs that don't need extra Software to track hands on Coinpoker (I'm not even 100% sure as for H2N). I personally use DriveHUD, good price and it does what it's supposed to do. It also has a 30day Trial so you can just try it before buying

Then, to purchase CHP... that can be done on CoinPoker app, rightThanks in advance!

Yes, once in the cashier section then on the right of the menu you should see 'buy CHP'.

One last question before making my first deposit... In order to complete the deposit, I buy POL on Coinbase (not USDT b/c it doesn't allow me), then swap POL to USDT in the wallet, then send the USDT to CoinPo

These articles may help you understand it better and make an informed decision.

On the display front, I find that the button is too small, and there’s not enough color contrast with the table. Multitabling multiway pots can get a bit confusing for me sometimes.

is binance the only exchange not allowed to send to coinpoker?
Or can I use a electronic bank that uses USDT? like dollarAPP? or Xappo bank? etc??

btw, its quite annoying not to have a personalized filter to have selected the stakes you want to play cash

could it be possible to updrage that on the next update?

it's a pretty easy function to be able to for example select, only NL500, or NL200 & NL500.... and have a clean lobby for the player....right??

please support update asap

We are conducting a soft KYC process aimed at ensuring security and trustworthiness within the gaming enviroment.
If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out directly to [email protected] for additional support.

what documents are you asking for?
any buy in or just for the high?
is a random procedure?

We don't block transactions from any specific exchange, however many exchanges have rules against transactions coming from gambling or gambling related platforms in their ToS.
So I'd recommend you make sure you read the terms of the exchange and or electronic bank you want to use before making any transaction.

As far as I know it was aimed at high stakes players for now, but as I said if you need more information email [email protected] and they'll give you a more accurate answer.

Played a bit of 5/10 and got request for kyc.

First of all, kyc is not and idea of crypto or app poker.

Second, Im happy to stay on 500 if there is no kyc lolz.

Did you account get restricted or just a request for KYC and account remained open?

To the coin poker rep: are these kyc requests opened randomly? Are they only for high stakes? Who is being subjected to account restrictions and kyc requests?

Thank you

i got an email request for it but no account restrictions

Thanks for the explanations.
I'm not a fan of this new possibility of having to provide documents, Coinpoker was born to be different from the usual rooms.
Anyway, do you have any news about the hi lo games? When will they be introduced?

the document verification protects us from their own employees that have super user capabilities

I know. if Coinpoker has decided to resemble the classic rooms, no problem for me, at this point however they should fix the rakeback and do it like the "classic rooms": "today you play at the tables, tomorrow morning it will be credited directly to your cashier."
or a rakeback system like GG poker
whether you play very little, a little, or a lot.

if they did a "supernova type rakeback programme" i'd switch 100% of my volume to coinpoker today

I understand how uncomfortable it can be to be asked for KYC documents in a web 3 enviroment.

These decisions are not made lightly, and always have the games safety as the top priority.

About the HI/LO games, I know there have been talks about it internally but there are other priorities at the moment so probably not very soon.

What bad news for the hi lo games! :(
I keep hoping. Fingers crossed.

what about personalised stake filters!! that would help out a lot

It's been a few weeks since i logged in and i see in the seats menu they have 6m but no tables open. Is this coming soon?

No restrictions, but they can restrict or ban you at any moment they want so not exactly comfortable.

IMO they need to choose: do you want to run this as web3 poker or regular site?

Because soft kyc and bullshit token rb feels like worst of both worlds.
