WPN have restricted my account

I have played like 30k hands on this site and I am losing player. Good way to stop people trusting your site. When I was asking deposit questions they reply instantly but when I ask about these issues they take a long time to reply. I have played every site possible and never had an issue.

This is a crazy method to combat cheaters, soft banning accounts and not replying is a great way to stop people playing here.
