Planning to put togather a Last Longer contest for 2025 WSOP event # 1 “Mystery Million “.

2 players DJ33 & brianc5 were playing multiple flights. I didn’t hear from them.
So I guess they didn’t make day 2 and will be playing today’s final flight with all of us.

Just busted. Abi well. Did my best.
Just busted... grr was up to 180k doubled a short stack he had Q9 I had AK 9 high board down to 160k few hand later I'm UTG withe AK suited I raise one call and theBB 3 bets big. I flat caller flats. K high flop BB jams 80k I call and the short stack calls. I'm up against K9 and BB has AA ouch...down to 80k played a few hands got down to 68k BB is 6k. I open jam KJ suited (we were 6 handed)and get called by TT. Flop comes J QQ turn is K....of course the river brings the 9... best of luck to you all if your still in it..

Damn. Tournament poker is so unforgiving sometimes.
Just an absolute cooler to flat call AK and get that king high flop. I prefer to play AK that way more often than not and about 5% of the time this scenario will arise. Tough break man, seems you were doing well too.

I was standing about 8 feet away from Jeff Platt before day two started. A guy wearing Luis Vuitton shorts, some type of scarf and bleach blonde hair walks up behind him and yells "Jeff Platt!". Jeff turns around and the dude fist bumps him while saying "Don't do it to me man!" and walks off. A few minutes into the bounties, a name is called and that dude wearing the Luis Vuitton shorts walks past me, up to the stage and proceeds to pull the first million envelope. That's a weird coincidence. Then he reacts like he just won a years supply of dog food and he owns a chihuahua...
