Some questions on antes and preflop strategy
Hi,
how much does a 0.1bb ante effect preflop strategy? I assume the answer is nuanced, but nevertheless is there a way that someone can adapt varying stack depth preflop ranges to be accurate with an ante accurately without solving yourself or purchasing presolved ranges.
In GTO wizard the preflop solutions for MTTs don't include any ante options; is this by design, a mistake im making or do I simply need to adjust my strategy slightly.

Theoretically, the ante should move to increase action by increasing everyone's pot odds/EV of getting into the pot. So it should slightly loosen all ranges from RFI to calling to re-reraising. It should have the biggest effect on the BB defend range since in a single-raised pot, BB can defend and close the action getting to realize his increased EV by calling wider and closing the action.
I have seem GTO tournament ranges that do include antes -- and they are definitely wider.
