Can't login because of loop
Hi! I paid 20 dollars for the Hud, Im playing only NL2 and NL5 which makes this extremely expensive, and now I'm about to lose the only free day I have this week to play poker because h2n isn't loading, after I paid for the subscription it asks me to log in on https://hand2note.com/LoginToHand2Note, which I'm already logged in, then it opens h2n and asks to log in again... Tried another tab, tried restarting computer and logging out logging in again. Could someone help me please?

Ok I just want a refund, already wasted 2 hours paying for this HUD and I just lost my poker day thanks to this. Never touching this HUD again. What should I do to get a refund since Im not able to open the software?

The login loop you're describing is usually easy to fix by either using a different browser or clearing the cache and cookies in your current one. Please make sure to use the direct login link: https://hand2note.com/LoginToHand2Note
After logging in there, Hand2Note should launch correctly.

Same problem, find a new verification method because this is total bullshit. I have tried clearing all caches/cookies and both firefox and explorer.

H2N worked, yesterday it doesn't work, "сonnecting to server". Does anyone have this? What should I do?

now they force you to pay for a pro version, i am not even joking mate. it will not work until u pay 60$ a month

and in exchange we got free use of it. Okay, process swap.
Now that it's in v4, with the bugs fixed (not all of them), you're charging crazy prices,
H2N at 700$ year full version - 240$ limited version ?!!
It's 6x to 10x the competition's, which has been around for over 15 years with no bug !

We understand your frustration regarding pricing. Yes, Hand2Note 4 has taken a different direction in terms of both functionality and licensing model. It offers a number of unique features (dynamic and flexible HUDs, deep customization, and detailed post-game analysis) — but we realize that those features don’t justify the cost for everyone, especially if your needs are simpler or you're used to one-time licenses.
We’re genuinely thankful for that. We do our best to ensure Hand2Note 4 reflects real progress and value, but we still have a lot of work to do to improve it.

So...what it's gonna be? To reveal myself a little bit, I'm "karstenkloss" and "Notecaddy Predator" on the HM-forums, I have been working with HM, PT4 and H2N professionally, a lot of members of the high-stakes-community called me the go-to-guy in regards to NoteCaddy and in regards to your software I wouldn't say, that I'm any less. I convinced the huge majority of my customers to move to H2N (remember, these guys don't like to change, you need to have good arguements to convince them of something new). Never got/took a dime for that, has always been the idea of giving the best advice. So, in the spotlight of you having always been less accurate in terms of statistics (gold-standard was HM2-NC, when Sreti was running that), how do you justify your pricing (don't worry, I've already paid you)? Posted that in several threads, you went totally nuts with your pricing and this will backfire!
btw, no idea who you are, but with your entrance to H2N support got improved!
Fozzy at HM has always been the GOAT, but you are on your way to that! ;-)

All this uniques features are banned from most sites so they are completely useless.
H2N works terrible and its full of bugs. Right now its stuck on loading again and it says "internal error". These things dont happen with HM3 or PT4 and they cost a fraction of H2N.
Instead of trying to add useless features just make it stable and fix the bugs. Then charge maybe 30$ a month for it.
