IMO they need to choose: do you want to run this as web3 poker or regular site?

Because soft kyc and bullshit token rb feels like worst of both worlds.

can’t you just instantly sell your rakeback for usdt when you receive it?

You would have to make a p2p xfer, they do not have CHP --> USDT conversion

the rakeback situation is a bit annoying tbh

Hello,
I have won Coinmaster event - Will I get contacted by email about address to deliver coin or how does the process works? I read the promo but I didn't find specifics.

PS: Nevermind, just got an e-mail with the details.

is the coin a trophy or something?

I have a revolut uk bank account, I see in the app they have crypto, does anyone know if I could withdraw to this from coinpoker or if its similar to coinbase and they dont like gambling transactions?

When you win a CoinMasters tournament you win a physical coin, you could say it's like a collectable trophy.
Once someone wins all 7 different coins they qualify for the Championship Final Table where they'll compete for a prize valued at $100k

If you want more information about the CoinMasters promotion you can find it here. https://coinpoker.com/promotions/coinmas...

I can't say from experience as I've never used revolut but I would recommend you to go read the ToS before using any exchange or wallet provider to make sure you wouldn't be breaking any of their rules with the "gambling" transactions and make sure your funds are safe.

It’s a ridiculous system but it’s not that complicated.

If you want rake back , you have to maintain a balance of coin.

When you are playing a table and stand up , you are credited with rake back in USDT in your account for that table.

Simultaneously coin token is removed from your balance . If you have no coin token then you won’t receive rakebsck for that table.

On Monday they refund most of your coin token back into your account and start all over.

So you only need enough coin token to cover rakeback for the week.

You receive rakeback in usdt everytime you stand up from a table and there is enough coin token on balance to cover.

If you stop playing on the site this is where you are left hanging with a balance of coin token and no way to cash it back out.

Games are soft, bring it.

Hi,
The poker room is great, but after a few minutes the tables hurt my eyes and I have to stop. 1/ Is it possible to change the size of the numbers (stack pot, etc.) and change their colors? 2/ If not possible, is there software like PartyCaption that allows you to change the appearance of the tables? It doesn't matter if it's free or paid? Thanks for your help.

At the moment there's no way to change the appearence in the native client, and I'm unaware of any 3rd party software that may help you to do it, if you find one please do reach out to [email protected] and ask them wether it's allowed to use it, I wouldn't want you to breach ToS without knowing it and get a ban.

I do get your point and feedback about the size of the font and cards has been coming for a while, there's def something being done about it but I can't say much more than that for now, hope you stick around until then.

Maybe you can change something on the daily Leaderboard. Im a 25NL player, i played over 11k hands today to win the leaderboard, since the CGWC is going on, i thought i would have a decent chance. I am currently in 4th place, probably gonna end up beeing 6th place since there is still 2 hours to go. If i played 11k Hands on GG on my Limit, i would have easily won the Leaderboard. I see, you guys are doing a great Job for higher limit players, but for us small stakes players i feel like we can get more value playing on other sites. That beeing said, this is my last week on Coinpoker for now, since i think i can get higher value playing on other sites.

Well, it is the midstakes cash game championship, not the small stakes...

And being able to play rake-free midstakes is pretty damn awesome
Move up where you dont have to pay rake πŸ˜‰

you guys need to hurry up and launch a mobile browser for ios forget getting a app verified.

I appreciate your feedback and I understand you going to play wherever you feel like you can get the most value out of your time, I can't reveal much yet but we're working on increasing that LB value for our cash players in the future. Hope to see you back at our tables soon.

Can you see the cash game lobby (to see how many cash games are running) without having an account?
For instance, im interested to see how many 200nl 6max NLHE cash games are running right now.

I read screen name MattParker’s well-written post about his account suspension.

Given the amount of money involved, he’s shown remarkable patience and politeness. I’m very interested to hear CoinPoker’s response to this situation. It's essential for all players to feel confident that their funds are safe and that they’ll be treated fairly by both support and security teams.

If he's done something wrong, then that's on him. However it's all too common for sites to simply go radio silence when it suits them, whilst expecting rapid response to KYC demands from it's players when asked for. I'm hoping CoinPoker is better than this.

So on mondays....is our 33% rakeback getting dropped into our account in the form of CHP?

Or are we getting 33% rb in USDT when we stand up from the table because we had CHP to cover?

I've read their site, I've read my transaction history, I've read the forums. I still don't get it.

The rb system is so convoluted.

I have one request and one question on Coinpoker.

My request is that the site consider a few shorter duration night time MTT's. I would guess that a big chunk of the sites patrons are casual players who have some time to play in the evenings, likely after dinner etc. When I look at those evening tournaments I never want to play them because they last too long with the EXTRA long rebuy periods.

I am picturing MTT options in the mid range that would appeal to people with 9-5's, people that would rather play a 2 or 3 hour tournament in the evening. Longer tournaments just aren't an option for many I bet. 9 and 10 pm eastern might be a sweet spot for some 5-20 rebuy tourneys with 30 or 60 minute rebuy period.
Not being able to play the current long tourneys leads me to my question.

I am trying to withdraw via bitcoin, blockstream green specifically. After I "copy" the bitcoin address where I want money sent, coinpoker won't allow me to "paste" the withdraw address. Is that because of a conflict and blockstream green isn't an option? Or is it because you just can't "paste", which seems to absurd to be true. If it is an issue with blockstream green, can anyone recommend a bitcoin site or 2 that do work?

We've replied there and will keep him informed and updated regularly throughout the process of the security review, which is underway. He is co-operating with the investigation. Some of our emails to him weren't being opened previously but we've been able to reach him now.

It won't be radio silence, we're very active on 2+2, Discord and all socials, although we can't always share all the specifics of security cases due to GDPR laws. Some cases also take time to gather all the correct information, but we aim to conclude that matter asap.

@CoinPoker Representative

Two ideas to help your site grow.

1. Please implement fast fold games onto your site

2. Get normal 6max reg tables

I'm able to paste any address in that box, try closing and reopening the client it should work for you then. I've just tested it again now.

Consider sending a small test transaction first once you get it working, just in case, but there's no conflict with Blockstream Green as far as I'm aware, our technical team may know more ([email protected]).

Passing on the feedback now too.

These are under consideration currently, we have a lot of 6max tables for the Mid Stakes Cash Game World Championship which has been popular so far, so hopefully we'll be keeping some normal 6max tables in the mix after that concludes.

Thank you for the rapid response and that you will pass along my feedback.

FYI, I ended up typing in the bitcoin address manually, it worked doing it that way. Before I did that, I did at least close the withdraw window and I believe I tried logging in again, can't verify 100%.

hello, i'm getting disconnects very often - its getting disconnected and gets back after few seconds. I know that my connection (600mb) is fine and internet is working properly. Anyone has this disconnects issue and knows how to handle it ?
