My rakeback has been paid every single week to my token balance, my revenue share has also been paid every single week to my usdt. The traffic is still pretty bad and I'm waiting for tournaments so my volume is low on the site compared to others I play on

Two things at play here. First, many NLH hands end before the flop. That means no rake, and thus, no rakeback. If you want more rakeback, the site would have to rake more. Is that what you'd like to see?

I only wanted get cashback from my winning hands, where banks were 100$, 70$, etc. near 10-12 theese hands.

When you get 888 or AAA, hand strentgh shows 'trip', not set, not trips...when i said to them here before... They with their bots(a lot of on site, thats why level of play is higher) adviced me go to Discord, so they didnt changed this mistake.

So this is a browser site with no downloadable client? Also no App for Android?

There are consistently games at the .25/.50 NL range, .50/1 goes periodically. Right now the big action is around PLO (10/20 to 25/50), PLO5 and Mixed games (50/100 to 100/200).

Correct that there's no downloadable client for PC/Mac, but it is in development. The team decided getting tournaments put together was top priority. There is an App for Android, and in fact the mobile experience was just overhauled a few weeks back, it's pretty slick 😉

Not that I owe you an explanation, but when someone makes claims that they are being wronged, I...wait for it...investigate! And that investigation involves looking at an account to make sure there's nothing wrong. So when I look at an account of someone who claims they're being wronged and yet they're still willingly playing, that says a lot about the claim.

Just because someone is a representative of a site doesn't mean they have to sit and be bullied and watch people spread lies and flame the site. Thank you for continuing to engage, I'm always happy to chop it up.
