Marked cards in the colussus

Played Friday the 6th buyin. A few levels in a noted a mark on the Qh but didn't say anything (perhaps I should have? I don't usually deal with marked cards). For reference it was on the side towards the top corner, a line maybe about 1mm long (basically from the pattern to the edge of the card).

I didn't get the Qh again, but maybe 2 - 3 hours later I got dealt another marked card (this time in the middle of the side, the same 1mm line from the pattern to the edge of the card in the white border) and it was the Qd.

This time I brought it to the dealers attention and she called the floor who pretty nonchalantly replaced it.

Coincidence? Seems silly to mark cards in the Colossus of all events but I got suspicious after it was on 2 different queens in 2 pretty specific places.
