Warning: Nitrobetting.eu not processing cashouts (pending since Dec 2024)
Hi everyone,
I’ve been playing poker on Nitrobetting.eu (formerly Nitrogen Sports) for over 7 years without issues — until now.
In December 2024, I requested a BTC cashout which is still stuck “In Review” as of today (June 2025). No explanation has ever been given. In March 2025, I submitted another (smaller) cashout — it also remains “In Review”.
So now I have two pending BTC withdrawals, both ignored by their processing team for months.
Meanwhile:
My account is fully functional
I’ve been able to keep playing and depositing
No one has requested KYC or account verification
Customer support just keeps repeating scripted phrases like “we’ve escalated it” or “waiting for poker review”
Their security team never replies to emails
Live chat agents (mostly “Joseph”) have been polite but completely unhelpful
I’ve been a loyal user for 7+ years and currently have a 5-figure USD sum locked on the site — and growing, as BTC rises.
This feels like a slow-motion freeze of funds while allowing continued play — a dangerous sign for any platform.
If anyone else has pending withdrawals from Nitrobetting, please share your story here. These patterns deserve exposure.

[Update – June 9]
I finally received a reply from Nitrobetting’s security team after months of silence.
They said my withdrawal request is “still being worked on by management” and confirmed the funds are “secure and awaiting processing.”
No concrete timeline was provided, but they assured me the case is now treated as urgent.
Similar to you, I have played on Nitrobetting since it was Nitrogen Sports. I requested a payout on March and they stopped responding to my emails in June. I'll copy my X post below:
Nitrobetting.eu is attempting to steal ~$290,000 from me (2.5 BTC). In March of this year I decided to withdraw my balances from multiple online sports books and poker rooms that I rarely used anymore since I was playing mostly live poker. When I logged into my http://Nitrobetting.eu account, my balance was 0. I emailed them asking it to be re-instated. They emailed back requesting KYC Verification and security questions. I sent them everything requested. They replied the same day that my KYC verification was complete. Management just had to conduct a brief, standard review and I would have access to my funds as quickly as possible.
I messaged them after a few days and then weekly and would always receive the response that they are still actively working on my account review. The last reply I received from them was June 4th. After that, all my emails have been ignored.
Of the other sites,
@SealsWithClubs and @SportsBettingAG both paid out the same day I requested.
@bookmaker_eu, @****** and @PrizePicks have also all since paid my full balance.
Reading the forums at Sportsbookreview, it appears they aren't paying anyone.
Have any of you received any progress on your withdrawals? When was the last time you received a payout?
