Traffic seems really low the last 2 days. Earlier in the afternoon I couldn’t access my bonus money account or cash out rakeback from time to time. I wonder what’s going on

I got booted. Was sitting in a game then got sat out and couldn't sit back in. Couldn't join any other table.

Was on phone hold for a while then it jumped to the "call back later". Now online chat is also closed even though we are still within their operating hours.

WSOP monopoly in Nevada is wild. ACR isn't much better though...

Hey guys, this situation about canceled event is crazy. Its since yesterday they keep silent. I have not been contacted anyhow. We dont know how its gonna be refunded (I pulled 10k, so Idk if I have it or not) or when. Do any of you guys have some update/info? Thanks.

I'm guessing they have to straighten it out with Nevada Gaming before paying any prize money. Haven't heard anything either.

For anyone that has been around poker for a long time, this is by far the safest site in terms of cheating post Black Friday and your money is safe. That to me is very valuable.

The 1,100 players who advanced to Day 2 reached the 'Mystery Bounty' period, which means for the remainder of the tournament, each time you eliminate someone from the event, you receive a randomized 'mystery' prize, ranging from $57 to $100,000.

The event boasted a massive turnout, generating a prizepool of $1,715,175 (and ~$190,000 in rake). First place was slated to receive north of $140,000, in addition to any mystery bounties collected. Massive for a $250 buy-in -- especially in the limited liquidity US poker market.

This is actually wild. Most of the huge bounties already hit, and the field narrowed to 234 players from 1,100 by the time they canceled it. Going to be very interesting to see how they attempt to make this one right.

I was playing. but site has crashed 30+ times anytime i click join waiting list. if i try to join by clicking table i cant. It says "cant find seat". I've reinstalled, tried wifi and hard wired. site will not stay open.

Has anyone here won a main event seat? I won a seat though the 215 satellite about a week ago. They said I would receive an email but I haven't yet. Anyone else?

@Videopro, last night playing 5 card had a similar issue like you had where in one hand only, one of the cards didn't flip over.

I've got Nevada Gaming looking into this. I'll PM an email address of an investigator working on it.

Legitimately of all the things that we could have them investigating.... you seriously want them to take the time to look into a RAM/graphics card issue on your local system?

I would tend to think that if it is happing to multiple people, its a client software issue. In any case it should be noted by NGCB that there is a software flaw that prevents proper playing of a hand, in addition to all their other bugs and operational flaws.

If you ae in the blinds when this happens, you are cheated out of your blind bet as you cant continue with incomplete hand info.

I just know what the operator's capability is..... and I know based on past experience how similarly inept the gaming board is in terms of their level of attention to an issue such as this.

So, with all of that in mind, and considering the multitude of issues that we could actually have them investigate, priority wise, that's what prompted my dismissive response.

That being said, sadly, all they're gonna do is simply refer this one back to the operator to fix.

WSOP is pretty unstable. It has crashed every single time I've used on PC or Mac. They just crashed a multimillion dollar tournament. I'm speculating that states have no one competent to audit software. There's 6 card tho. App games are more stable.

Has anybody used their account cross state lines?

Do you just use your NJ credentials if you login from PA and it works or do you have to create new account?

I was wondering the same for BetMGM. For BetMGM, I cannot use my NJ account to play while in PA, even after the merger.
