This is tough. In a normal 3 way pot I think this is an easy fold and I may just fold flop. With the SB being an alien I'd guess we have a better hand than him most of the time but the pot is just so big. Given how early in tourney we are I'd probably call turn and call down brick rivers or rivers we improve on. I'd guess this guy slows down on river a decent bit of the time seeing as he sized down turn. I think his most likely hand is QJ/KQ but don't think a bluff is impossible.
