So I buy CHP, then you deduct CHP every time I stand up from table.

Then on Mondays you return the CHP that you deducted from my account + 33 % more CHP?

Then what do I do with CHP?

I think I read upthread where there is no way to convert CHP to USTD, or cash it out?

If so what good does the rakeback do me?

I assumed this couldn’t be the case, because if I can’t convert it you might as well pay rack back in emoji’s.

Hey, I understand it can be difficult to grasp how the system works for people with little experience in crypto and/or poker, however we try to make a point to explain it in the simplest way possible every time we can to make sure our users get to use and take advantage of our rakeback.

If you don't understand what rake means in poker and how rakeback promotions work in online poker I encourage you to read on that before trying to understand our system, as that might be confusing you.

To put it in simple words every time you play in our site or any other site you pay a small percentage of the pots you play in cash or the buy in you pay in tournaments to the server provider for the service they offer, that's what you're using chp to pay for

So when you leave the tables you're paying rake with chp, that means on mondays you don't get the chp that was deducted back into your account, as that was part of the money you wagered, you only get 33% of the total rake you paid that week, which is the % we give back as part of our rakeback promotion.

I requested a withdrawal alomst 24hrs ago and it's still not with me, I keep being fobbed off about batches of withdrawals on the blockchain, this never used to be the case when I first started playing here it was instant. I'm really starting to dislike the experience here, I keep givingthem chances, likely because I quite like the software and I know the pool of players, but I am basically done now. I think they are having serious liquidity issues.

Apologies for the inconveniences, our team found a fireblock issue that resulted in a number of withdrawals being rejected or stuck as pending last night, but they've solved now.

If your funds are back in your CoinPoker account you can request the withdrawal again now and it should go through with no issues, if your funds are not back in your account and the transaction is still pending please email support and provide the transaction ID (you'll find that in the history tab of the cashier)

If you ever have concerns about liquidity or availability of funds we keep an updated proof of reserves up on our website at all times so costumer can check that any time they want to.

Has anyone else encountered a problem with opening tables on the waiting list lately? I'm not sure of the exact conditions, but I think it happens when I open a table, put myself on the waiting list, close the table, and then play at other tables. When I get a notification that a seat is open and take it, the site closes one of the tables that I'm already at in order to open the new table, even though I'm still seated there, and sometimes in the middle of a hand! This is a pretty major bug that needs to be fixed.

We don't have a way to do it now but custom filters are in the list of updates for our devs to work on, thanks for the feedback.

Some sort of lower rake for HU table starters would be sweet. getting destroyed with rake for starting a table. just microstakes but still

Incredibly valid, rake hits the hardest at the lowest stakes.

suggestion: keep winning hand shown tables year round and post results from those tables at all stakes
