How could they not know land_seal's three concerns, (provided twice: once in detail, and once as a synopsis), if they have actually read his letter?

Maybe send your reply back to them as a request for them to at least read the synopsis?

I will try to explain again what my problems are. Indeed, the account was unblocked on April 9 after reviewing the documents for 5 months. After unblocking the account, I had 3 problems, I will describe each of them below in more detail with screenshots and documents.

1. Change of registration address.

In regards to the monthly rake back - It seems like some months this is automatically awarded on the 1st of the month and other months it's nowhere to be seen and I need to painfully chase it. The support on the App itself is so abysmal and the reps on there seem to have no idea what's going on.

Please can you help and also let me know why the automated payout each week/month is failing?

You mistook 888 for different room. Guy is doing nothing against 888's T&S. On 888 player by the rules can sit out if there are less than 4 players but when a fourth player joins he must get active.

As I detailed at the second link above I made a withdrawal for 3500usd in April 2025 via wire transfer which is the only payment method available to me. My bank received the funds but asked for documentary evidence as to the purpose of the transaction before it credited the funds to my account. I created the aforementioned thread on reddit and sent support an email and engaged live chat for help and they sent me the document I requested in about 24 hours.

Unfortunately the document contained a typo in my third name which I pointed out to 888 support who apologized for the error and assured me they would send me a new document as soon as possible. (I never received that updated document.) However my bank accepted the document with the typo and credited my funds and I was both relieved and grateful to support for understanding that it was an urgent request and delivering on my behalf.

Fast forward to June 2025 and I make another withdrawal for 3500usd via wire transfer and again write to [email][email protected][/email] for another document to authenticate my June 2025 payout by wire transfer. I sent the request via email and also followed up in live chat. After much back and forth I received an email from [email][email protected][/email] in which support said they had attached the document I requested. Unfortunately when I downloaded their attachments I saw they had re-sent the same letter (with the same typo in my third name) from April 2025 instead of a new one for June 2025.

I was frustrated but assumed it was a mistake and wrote to them asking for clarification and requesting the updated letter. I made the same request in live chat and was told I'd be contacted with the updated letter. I've attached screenshots of my correspondence with support via email as well as my conversations with agents in their live chat. The first email I sent to them was on June 5 after my bank received the 3500usd. The email I received from noreply888 is from June 11. Since then there's been radio silence.

As I said in my emails to them and in live chat this is an urgent issue because my bank won't release the funds to my account without documentary evidence of some kind. If someone from 888 support could email me the updated letter I requested I'd be grateful. I don't know who I've upset or why a request that took 24 hours to fulfill in April 2025 is so difficult that in June 2025 I have to post this thread on reddit and twoplustwo more than two weeks after my initial request.

I tried my best to resolve this via email and live chat but that got me nowhere.
