How to properly grind?
What all do you need? From what you eat, to what hours you play, the tools you need to DL, everything you need. Need multiple monitors? Anything you need to know to properly grind. I can't find this being discussed anywhere on the internet.

I think the issue is that you have to carve your own path, create your own style.
There are so many ways to grind
IMO grinding doesnβt have to be long sessions. It simply means to take what the game gives you & not get out of line without good reason.
If you do get info, it will reflect a wide variation of ideas, but nobodyβs gonna give you any secrets. You may not have looked hard enough for the info you seek, because thereβs a ton of poker content out there.
Just trying to help, but I think you improve one idea at a time. Because you have to take that idea and apply it. Make it a part of your game! Only then do you focus on the next idea
Good luck out there

i forgot about this post. LOL. I was just generally asking. But yea, I'm grinding on GG, since they have the best low-stakes tournament schedule. I'm just slowly learning. Your advice was really point on.
Mindset and playing when it's right is everything in my 20 years experience mind numbingly grinding low stakes.
What do you mean by grind? I been playing over 20 years and just started seeing this term.
In poker, "grind" or "grinding" refers to playing a large volume of hands or tournaments, often at lower or mid-stakes, with the goal of accumulating small, consistent profits over time. It's a strategy focused on steady, low-risk play rather than seeking big, risky wins. A "grinder" is a player who employs this strategy, often characterized by patience, discipline, and a focus on bankroll management.
Ok thank you
The general style is to play some small things like a sit n go for example, and then use the winning from that to take aim at a higher one. In a sense you are using the free money you got from winning an easier one to have a go at the higher one. Then bank the money, don't just keep going unless you feel it's right.
